Creative Visualization/Meditation

Hello everyone, I'm interested to hear any experiences with guided visualizations, creative visualizations, self hypnosis, meditations to assist in manifestation.

Years ago I learned a unique Santuary Visualization and I found it very useful.

Many of us here are using the spoken word, affirmations, written word, vision boards as examples here, but what about audio, meditations, visualizations as a tool.

I've started making my own guided visualizations and listening to them on my Mp3 player when I'm out and about as well as when I wake or just before I lay me down to rest.

Any examples, websites, text, audio products?

I think what you are looking for is the Silva Mind Control Method. It's very heavy on the use of meditation to manifest intentions.

Silva was my introduction to Intention-Manifestation. My parents did the two day course when I was in primary school, and I was fascinated by what they were telling me. Neither of them have stuck with what they've done there, but I've never lost interest in what I now call I-M.

But enough about me I'd also be interested to hear of people's experiences with visualisation and meditation to aid in manifestation - how reliable a method is it? How quick? How does it affect related phenomena like synchronicity and the alpha/beta reflections? Got any concrete examples you can write up for us to read?
