I've been using two gratitude practices the last few days. 1. I notice abundance all around me. (right now there is an abundance of puzzle pieces on the table, there is an abundance of photos in a collage on the mantle, etc.). I heard this on an audio from Michael Losier ("Law of Attraction Book). It builds the practice of noticing abundance around you, rather than noticing what "isn't" there. 2. I thank my car, refrigerator, stove, water faucet, etc. for each thing they provide me. Since things have energy too, thanking the things we already have will make other things willing to come to you. Happy New Year everyone! Shirley |

Hey garantee, hope you're ok Spressnell, that's lovely. I have an abundance of mess in my study! I need to work on that though Hey cylon - I'm hoping that I will be grateful for my freedom soon too. I'm sure it is coming in the next few months. Congratulations on being job-free. I'm looking forward to seeing what 2009 brings for you. Today I am grateful for the healing my friend gave me today. I'm grateful I had the time to listen to something that was bothering her. I'm grateful for the progress I have made over the last few years and whatever has 'clicked' into place inside that is making me braver and ready to face the world. Life seems clearer and I am grateful to be alive at such at time when it is so easy to access the most cutting edge thinking so easily. I think the next few months are going to be dynamite for me and I'm eagerly anticipating the ride! |

Today I am grateful for the huge thumping thunderbolt of clarity that landed on my head and heart. As Angela would say, I am so frieakin* powerful, I am creating all these conditions in my life with the power of my thoughts alone. I knew that intellectually, but now I know it in every cell in my body. And there was me saying a post the other day I wasn't aligned with power. Well I bloody well am. I'm so powerful I can create all sorts of things overnight. I just didn't realise I was doing it. I've got a lot of work and introspection to do and it's too late to post now in full but the realisations just keep coming and coming. I guess I'm ready for some deep healing right now. I am ready. Thank you for all my lovely friends who love and support me just the way I am. *I don't know if Angela really says freakin - but it sounds right to me! |

| Not ever. I say "stinkin'." As in: I am so stinkin' grateful that you are having these wonderful insights, because you're not just having them for yourself, but also for the world and for me. Clarity and Power are the heart's desires I'm focusing on currently, so I'm all verklempt that you are generating this for me (yourself, the world).
