Today I am grateful for all of the emotions that are surging and converging and releasing from deep within. It is unbelievably cathartic. I am grateful that I have just enough food to give to my CSA customers for this their last day for the season. I am grateful most of my fears are unjustified I am grateful for the loud blasting music I am listening.. very inspiring. I am grateful for my friends and loved ones I am grateful for my health I am grateful for the roof over my head I am grateful for the abundance of love which surrounds me |

I'm grateful today for another doe-see-doe with life (swing my self round and round, living everyday with-out a frown)... I'm grateful to be able to share my thoughts and feelings with the good folks of this forum and all the wonderful people I meet along the way... Life is good!! |

I am grateful for the serious catharsis of negative emotions that I experienced yesterday. I am grateful for another great day of selling high quality food to high quality restaurants I am grateful for for the positive changes occurring daily in my life.. if not hourly. |

Today i am greatful that my creative work is turning out very well. That a good friend is back in town and we will have a drink together. That many people really care for me. that Ill have time to rest later on |

Today I am grateful for the great night I had last night...Moonlit skies a fine kayak journey,great food incredible company. I am grateful the incredible opportunities that are right in front of me at al times. I am grateful for recognizing when I have made a gaff and can repair said gaff no matter how big I am grateful for growth I am grateful for all of the great words I read here... Thanks Steve for making this happen |

- beautiful fall air - that things are almost never as scary as I imagine - growth spurts and so much love - my mom - she is so inspirational and positive! - wise friends - wacky houseguests - clean bills of health all around - the floors that need sweeping, the dishes that need scrubbing, the clothes that need hanging, and all of the silly stuff I am grateful for, even if it makes more work for me. |

today I am grateful for the fact that up until this point the music festival in my back yard has been successful and not nearly as stressful as it could be. I am grateful for all the fun I have had these past two days I am grateful for the new people I met today. I am grateful for all my friends. I am grateful for new beginings |

I am grateful because Steve's book arrived today! I am grateful that I've realised how much work I need to do to be able to meditate consciously and that there are people willing to support me in my goal. I am grateful because I have lots of love and affection in my life. |

I am grateful today for baby Isaac who is 12 days old today and who I met for the first time this evening. He is so adorable. I'm grateful that the hypnobirthing course I ran for my friend earlier this year helped her have a calm birth and helped my friend and her husband thoughout a difficult back-to-back birth. She is so postive and confident and he is such a lovely calm baby. Oh dear I'm getting broody! |

I am grateful to be back home after a very much needed break away from my home!
