im having a really rough week, need to get my life back on track so here we go. I am grateful for: - my best friend who is full of sage advice and cares for me, dearly. - my parents who put a roof over my head and do so much for me. they also support me and believe in me. - my car which takes me so many places and still works! - my brothers who have good hearts deep down. i want life to be better for them. - money that is flowing into my life a lot this year and it means i have paid debts, bought a laptop and started saving for uni (if i get in) next year. - meeting new people who have taught me valuable things. |

Today, I'm grateful: -that a friend will welcome me as a guest next weekend. -that I have plenty of embroidery thread and Aida cloth for needlework! -that I have paper and pen for writing notes and learning -that I can find free geography quizzes on Sporcle (seriously, they're so fun and educational!  )-that I can breathe deeply and slowly - feels great! -that I can take a walk through downtown whenever I want - I can feel safe and healthy! -that both my brother and mother sent me e-mails last night - I feel so loved. -that I finally figured out how to send a text message on my new(ish) mobile phone! -that I have plenty of cleaning supplies (including a vacuum cleaner) to clean the apartment this weekend. -that I have a red blankie wrapped around my shoulders - so simple, and yet so cozy! I'm so glad (grateful!) for this post's reminder for being grateful...it's so healthy and pleasant! Let's keep it up! |

Today I am grateful to be in control I am grateful to live in such a lovely, interesting and picturesque neighborhood and have the energy and motivation to walk through it in the evening I am grateful for the sunshine and perfect spring weather I am grateful to be feeling healthy, energetic and strong I am grateful for the creativity that flows through me I am grateful for the abundance that flows into my life I am grateful to be surrounded by beautiful, appreciative, friendly and helpful people |

grateful for: - great day at work today, even though my job is usually menial. the day went quickly, didn't get frustrated or anything - delicious lunch and dinner - my family life feeling a bit more positive compared to yesterday - feeling a bit more motivated about my future - unexpected nice messages from a friend |

- feeling motivated about future plans and being proactive - seeing my friend's beautiful art exhibition - getting to look after a beautiful house at christmas time and hanging out with two cute kitties - my laptop so that i can sit in bed and do work - my boss letting me take time off to do freelance work |

I'm grateful for my excellent dental technician and her artfully good work. I'm grateful for the excellent and luxurious extra-long sleep I got last night. I'm grateful for my in-laws. I'm grateful for the book that arrived today in the post. I'm grateful for all of my animal companions and their wonderful company. I'm grateful for my kids. I'm grateful for The Body Shop's hemp oil hand lotion and the way it heals my sore cuticles. I'm grateful for sunscreen. I'm grateful for lemon and ginger tea. |

today: - finishing work early and taking my time to do things - writing in my blog, which i haven't done for many months - feeling positive about things in my life - change is imminent - having a nice quiet evening and helping my mum put up the christmas tree - my delicious home grown tomatoes which are a thousand times better than grocery store tomatoes and make everything taste great - being comfortable with money and having a plan for the future |

- tonight i had a nice dinner with my mum and appreciated her relaxing instead of running around after to clean up. - going to the mall with my mum and getting more than half of my christmas shopping done - getting my freelance work done very quickly in the morning - my boss getting us donuts just as i was feeling like something sweet - the amazing weather |

I'm grateful that the computer sitting next to me on the floor is finally working the way it's meant to work. I'm grateful for the book I'm reading. I'm grateful that I found Lester Levenson's story (http://www.releasetechnique.com/rt/p...ensonStory.pdf - sharing so others might find it something to be grateful for, as well) I'm grateful that I have a costume around that will work for my daughter's "Fairy Tale Dress Up" day. I'm grateful for my sense of humour. |

- that i was able to locate a hat that i needed for a photo shoot - things going smoothly at said photo shoot - weekend approaching and time going quickly..the quicker it feels, the closer i get to finding out if i have got into uni - finding a makeup artist for a last minute shoot - great weather and being at the beach for a bit today! |

I am grateful for my gorgeous, helpful and knowledgeable beauty therapist who today prescribed me a realistic, affordable and gentle skin care treatment I am grateful to be sleeping in my own bed tonight I am grateful to have spent the night playing board games with my beautiful friends I am grateful to be able to spend my Sunday however I want |

I'm greatful for the luxury of the wonderful sleep in I had this morning. I'm grateful for the delicious dinner I made that was just enough for me. I'm grateful for interesting new experiences on this forum today and what I learnt from it. |

I'm grateful to being going on a cruise with my 2 kids this month. I'm grateful for the great time I had with my friends friday night. I'm grateful I survived the hangover yesterday I'm grateful for my time at the gym today. Mostly, I'm grateful to be alive and living my life!! |
