Default Should i feel then let it be?

Should I think, feel, visualize a few times what i desire, then stop thinking-feeling-visualizing-desiring about it?Or should i continue thinking, feeling, visualizing my desire until it manifests?

Default Yes

Usually one would set aside time in the morning and evening to dedicate to visualizing your desires.

Basic steps.
1. Visualize in as much detail as you can
2. Feel the feelings as if you where there.
3. Release your expectations

i believe that depends on if you feel any resistance or have any negative thoughts while visualizing.

if there is resistance, then I would let it be. If I'm in a state of allowing then I'd focus more thought & visualization time.

But how can I do them at the same time?(Both detaching and feeling my expectations at the same time)

You plan a party for your friends.

You have this idea of how things are going to be but you don't focus on every minute of it. If you did, it may not occur exactly as you'd want it and you'd be disappointed. You'd also miss out on much of the party because you were more focused on having everything exactly as you imagined it than actually enjoying it.

Just plan your party while having a basic idea of how it will be. Focus on people laughing and enjoying themselves. Be open to fun surprises.

Let the rest take care of itself.

That's it.
