 |  Guided Meditations for Healing?
Can anyone recommend some useful guided meditations for healing? I am using a doctor that I trust, and doing the treatment he suggests, but I want to strengthen this with healing meditations. I have never done that before and I really am clueless. Other than thinking healthy thoughts, is there anything more powerful to do? Thank you!  |

So, I am researching a bit as I also look forward to what you pros have found. This one was quite helpful. Healing Meditation I did it without even really "meditating"... I focused on the area that is causing me pain right now and it really did lessen a bit. I will have to work on it later when I can actually meditate. Still looking for helpful suggestions, though.  |
