Raising my vibes - it works!!!
I'm not sure if it's the right place to post, but I think it matches here.
Recently I observed very interesting "things", and I'd like to share my story and my impressions.
First, something sent my vibrations to a very low level. I thought "oh no (sigh), welcome back, depression". And my outer reality reflected my vibrations. For example, two of the people, whom I consider my friends, made me upset. It was like they changed their thoughts about me, they "closed their doors". I felt disconected and lonely. I felt that the world was against me. I went home in terrible mood.
At home I thought "I must struggle this time. I know a lot about SR stuff. I know what to do, even if it's hard". I took an aroma bath (neroli+cedar oils). I burned some sticks (Tibetian healing one and one with lotus fragnance). I tried to calm my mind and soul, successfully. As you can see, I raised my vibes and let go my fears.
And the next day (today) I received messages from those two friends. One was an apologizing message, and the other was "hey, you might think whatever you want, but I'm still your friend!".
Amazing!!! Is it how it actually works? Unbelievable! "Raise your vibes and the physical reality will take care of itself" - it works!
I'm very impressed!

I love aromatherapy. And when things go bad, I find that it is very important to take massive action, to do things, which are best for you, no matter if you want it or not.
And it's totally important to quieten your emotions when you want some vibration-shifting. Especially if you're a "wild child of the nature" like me . Sometimes I feel my blood almost boiling
Keep your mind and your senses clear. Keep your vibrations high.

No problem, I'll clarify what I mean with pleasure. I'm not talking about panic or reactive behaviour. I beleive that there are certain simple "pieces of truth". They are so simple, that many people consider them ineffective.
For example "don't worry, be happy". How often we ignore this simple truth? (myself included).
And I beleive, that it's absolutely certain and clear that you can do many good things in order to raise your vibrations. My favourite ones include:
- hot bath/shower/other water procedures (swimming in cold water for instance)
- excercising/dancing/any other physical movement
- walking to nature
- listening to calming/meditational or positive/happy music
- sitting quietly/meditating/relaxing
And the last thing I cannot recommend (it's not that clear good), but I use it sometimes: calming herbs or pills (quick and dirty, but sometimes the only thing you can do is to drug yourself).

In conclusion: the most significant lesson I learned (as I describe it here) is that raising vibration is not as "unimportant" as I thought. On the contrary, it's very important! Your vibes affect your physical reality directly!
The next experiment I'm going to do is to keep my vibrational level as high as possible. In order to massively improve my outer reality! I'm already eating raw

You forgot(?) one thing: positive thinking. It requires no more than your mind (but preferably pen and paper). Plus, it doesn't require MASSIVE ACTION to initiate it, and often not MASSIVE ACTION to sustain it for a while.
