Unhappy Law of Attraction & Eating Habits

I've just read a couple books on the topic, and while reading them I feel so empowered and happy about life. Then the feeling starts to fade.. slowly.. but it does fade. I feel so happy, and then it's like if I'm not constantly reading the books I start to lose my steam.

One thing that I've been struggling with for a couple years now is eating. I try so badly to eat well.. I'll buy fruits, veggies, and try to only eat all natural foods that I know are healthy and good for my body. Then it's like a switch goes off and I want to eat everything is sight... until the point where I'm overly stuffed and feel sick to my stomach. For the past few years I've been struggling with anorexia & bulimia. If I'm not restricting My calories, I'm eating everything and then feeling an instense sense of guilt afterwards. I've been trying to use the laws of attraction to help myself get through these episodes but I don't feel like anything is working. Does anyone else struggle with this? Any pointers? Thanks!

Hi,

sounds like part of you wants one thing, another part wants another, literally. Search 'parts integration nlp' on google and have a go at the excercises you find, it really works,

good luck

hi,

the thing to understand that any conflict in behaviour is a result in conflcting ideas that we need to resolve and with the right tools it can be easy, but you must be willing to make the changes, as teacher on NLP processes i can guarantee that you can resolve this

all the best
