Default Consciously saying Thank You

Hey all,

This is something which has really helped me out in developing an abundant lifestyle (and just a more upbeat, positive attitude as well)

How often do we say "thanks" or something along the lines. Most of the time, it's just a platitue or a courtesy thing.

Well, understanding that what you dwell upon grows, and adopting an attitude of gratidue really helps your abundance mentality, I just started saying thank you with as much emotion as I could feel.

The benefits are enormous to me at least. One, I generally feel more grateful, and have more wonder and awe at how the universe delivers to me. I'm also more aware of all the good things in my life.

Also, I've just noticed that by saying thank you, you stay focused on what you have rather than what you lack.

It's just a really simple thing that's helped me tremendously.

Lots of love, and Thank You!
Colm

Yeah, I understand what you mean. Sometimes I just say "Sorry" and "Thanks" so much, that they just lose their meaning. It's a good idea to put true emotion in things like that consciensly (or subconsciensly). Automated things are a part of your brain, but true emotion comes from the heart. Well... something like that.
