New Thoughts About LOA

I had some new insights into LOA recently. Unfortunately they are quite ineffable, very difficult to describe and share.

I'm going to try anyway ....

To manifest easily, you have to go deep, deep, deeeeeeep into your own head. However, by the time you really get there, you'll most likely see how trivial your intention really is.

It's embarrassing.

It's good to hear from you again ALG. I have trouble going deeeeeep. I am just working on feeling good. I imagine it is all trivial if you look at it from the source level, right? But it's still here for us all to experience, right?

Thats interesting ALG, I had a little bit of a realiziation this morning, funnily enough, that involved using the brain and "forcing" ones intention outward, it felt quite weird!

Focus the frontal lobe on a new skill or task or idea and it forces you to separate from your hardwired identity that lives in the older, repetitive parts of your brain.

I had a nice long chat with a Tibetan Buddhist yesterday. He happened to be on the treadmill next to mine . This fellow had some interesting things to say about Being Nothing, which he described as quite different from Being in the Now (which is not nothing). He said, each time he thinks he sees something (gets somewhere, has a spiritual breakthrough), he eventually reaches the point where it's Something and it's not nothing, and it's time to start all over again. He threw his Tibetan Buddhist arms in the air and smiled at me when he said that. Like, "yay!" and "argh!" at the same time. He is really enjoying his life, I think.

I think you are a monk, ALG. A spiritual trailblazer.

Why am I not remotely surprised? The other day I asserted that the reason I'm not able to do IM is because my intentions are ego-based, and as my ego is inauthentic, the intentions are as well. Only my Source can do this.

I think I understand what you're talking about.

It's interesting because source is sending out everything. There's no "good" or "bad" there. It doesn't care what it sends out because everything is just as good as everything else. Rain is just a good as sunshine. Pain is just as good as pleasure. All the "things" are just "things".

The closer we get to that central sun, a feeling of awesome power comes over us. But the more power we feel at that the level, the less desire we have to exercise it. We see things as it does, without prejudice. One "thing" is just as good as another "thing". Everything else becomes an example of narrowed perception and the projection of judgment values.

The desire to use unlimited power is inversely proportional to the amount of it we acquire it seems. So we go through this process of learning to tap into that ocean of infinity in order to get what we want out of it, but its all leading up to an ultimate where we come to a more divine perspective of realizing its all what we want anyhow.

At least, that's my take on it.
