Talking My very first large scale Intention has been Manifested!

Hello, I'm new to posting on the boards but have been a lurker since day one. I always wanted to post eventually, however never felt I really had anything overly exciting to add until this point...

First off I find LOA and deliberate creation totally fascinating and have been learning, reading, studying and working out the technicalities amd kinks for a very long time. This included many small manifestations as well as working on my belief systems to strengthen myself for a "big one", to put it all to the test against a seemingly difficult and statistically unlikely manifestation.

So I said to myself if I take all the things I learnt, all the little lessons not only from others who teach but that I intuitively learnt from trial and error I should be able to effectively manifest whatever I want, right???

I (being a totally broke college student who barely makes it paycheque to paycheque to pay off car insurance and other regular expenses, and was stuck in a mindset of "lack") thought it might be interesting to have a load of abundance come into my lap and take care of all my debt and at the same time be a wonderful starting point to further experiment with LOA.

Moving along there was a contest for winning a brand new car at my school (a 2006 Saturn Ion) which has been running the past several months, and I applied everything I knew about LOA including positive visualization, affirmations, "feeling it" , etc into winning this car, so much so I actually convinced myself I won it weeks before the draw itself. ( I remember several days before the draw itself I woke up in the middle of the night with a sudden sense of "knowing" I would win it , almost like a shift from wanting it to knowing its mine, it felt like something "clicked" into place!.) I even went around TELLING people I will win it DAYS before it happened.

The day of the draw I had no nerves or anticipation like everyone else in the audiance for the event, rather I just calmly ran over the events in my mind of me being called and winning the car when I felt inspired to do so.

Needless to say out of 3,500 Ballots MY name was selected. But not so fast, I still had to go down and pick the winning key out of a row of 6 keys, with all the others being fake! With utmost certainty my intuition pointed me to the right one and I WON THE CAR.

Not bad for a first Timer huh ?

This was not only what I needed to clear my debt , but it also provided me with the money I needed to go to University for the next couple years! (which has been a huge worry for me up until that point.)

We decided to upgrade the car to a new one for my parents as they were in the market now anyways (they win too!) , they found a brand new 07' Van they like and after the trade up value on the car I won plus some dealer discounts they are saving over $17,000.00 on a new car! (50% of the value!)

Everyone won in the end. I get my tuition I needed and won the prize, my parents get a new car they need, the dealership Sold a new car instead of giving one away and the school who ran the contest gets the tuition money! It all went full circle! They were so impressed I was also offered a job on the spot at the dealerahip out of college!

Thought I would share this story as inspiration to those who think it always has to be hard work and that their is a "catch" of some sort to anything you want to manifest, because trust me, It really was as easy as you've heard!

If anyone has any questions on anything I would be happy to let you know my thoughts, or how I "troubleshooted" any problems as Im sure we all go through similar roadblocks. Thanks for listening and I look forward to my $1 Million dollar Manifestation of my own, thats next!

Man that's fantastic! Really, that's terrific, I wish I had more to say I know the feeling you're talking about - the feeling of sureness that what you want is definitely going to happen, it's awesome, though I've never tried manifesting anything big like that. I'm interested to hear about the "little things" you manifested beforehand (eg the stuff you conjured up when you were just experimenting and getting a feel for it), and if you're familiar with what Steve calls the "alpha" and "beta reflections", how they showed themselves (if at all).

Heheh, congrats!

1/3500 x 1/6 works out to be about a probability of 0.000048 of this happening, but skeptics like Markus74 will still insist that it was just a coincidence.

Well, call it what you like, but I firmly believe in LOA. Personally, after experiencing so many "coincidences" myself, it would be statistically stupid for me NOT to believe in LOA.

To Bert : Many of the little things I used to practise which were well within my belief system were finding good parking spaces, finding small amounts of money (for instance I wanted to find a sum of money at school specifically which was GREATER then a coin, so any denomination of bill. This is much more rare indeed so I thought it would be interesting. I did 2 days later as someone in a crowd dropped a $5 bill and I happened to step on it.)

My favourite so far was this : I felt unsure still of the reality of LOA so I asked the universe in no uncertain terms to give me an obvious sign that this is the real deal. Following day I went to sit in the cafeteria and their was a dime on the chair with THIS design http://www.geocities.com/sdanb80/Num...rs2001_10c.jpg

This was the perfect proof as the coin makes it literally look like energy is comming from the heads of the people and is "creating" something. It clicked with me perfectly and I never looked back, that was my breakthrough!

I wish I would have kept the coin as a good luck charm or as rememberance but I spent it , and always wished I kept it.Months later and a few days before I won the car I went to a friends house and right outside his door (my eyes were drawn to the ground) lay a coin all by itself with the SAME design , and I knew at that point it was the sign I needed that , stick with it a little longer and its mine (Im keeping this one as a a good luck charm! )

As for Alpha and Beta reflections , I do believe the Alpha reflection showed itself, as the day I put in the winning ballot (Oct.10th, 2006, as I checked it when it was drawn) I was walking to school I had the car stop right infront of me at a crosswalk (the dealship was bringing it to do some promotions). I felt that was a sign, but especially finding the "lucky" coin again right be4 the draw!

P.S.- Im starting the million dollar manifestation of my own, and I went to start my car and the song "If I had a Million Dollars" just started as I turned it on, from the very beginning of the song! Im on my way....

Congratulations! Welcome to the club!

Here's the funny thing. Nothing people like Marcus can say to you now will make you question LoA ever again. You're in the same boat as the rest of us who have "proven" to ourselves that this thing works by actually experiencing it. The cool thing about it is that with that belief it will actually be even easier to manifest other things.

Secondly though, even though your experience is not very ordinary, people like Marcus will still have doubts and will claim either co-incidence, lies or just luck.

Like I've mentioned in other threads. The only difference between believers and non-believers is not logical discussion or logic proof, but rather direct experience. They will never feel what you and I feel inside, a sense of certainty that this works, until they try it out and experience a BIG enough event that makes them believers.

Congratulations MichaelAnthony!
I'm really happy for you, I know what it's like to be a broke college student and how much this means to you. Good luck with your future manifestations. I'm sure you'll be doing very well

Thanks for your response MichaelAnthony In response to all the people in this thread who have been talking about the sceptics, I'd just like to say that people who don't share our beliefs are an essential part of the human experience, if only to spur us on to prove to ourselves that our beliefs are well founded. We're actually in the same position the skeptics are in - while they are challenging our beliefs and making us think, we're challenging their beliefs and making them think! When there is no one around to disagree with us and challenge us, we stop thinking and stop progressing.

This may or may not be correct, but I remember reading somewhere that before the Scientific Method became dominant, people simply took the word of the great ancient philosophers as the Truth. Aristotle (or some other Greek guy) declared that plants survived by sucking minerals out of the ground. It wasn't until after the Enlightenment that that theory was questioned (someone realised that if plants only ate the minerals in their soil, that the soil would seem to disappear), and it was discovered that plants also need carbon dioxide and sunlight to live.

That's the beauty of Freedom of Speech - the free exchange of ideas that leads to growth and enlightenment. Thank the skeptics for keeping us human

Back on topic, again nice work Michael. I've decided it's time for me to start experimenting with I/M. Stay tuned!

Normally I don't resurrect ancient threads (since it's considered impolite in a lot of forums), but I wanted to highlight this post again. This is far and away the most amazing post I have ever read on the Steve Pavlina forums, or any forum for that matter.

It looks like MichaelAnthony positively influenced reality with his thoughts alone.

Either that or he's full of B.S.
