in a positive way. It is hard to think good thoughts all the time. I feel like I am fighting myself a lot? Getting rid of negative thoughts, is a hard thing to do? I always try and end my thoughts in a positive way, or with something I want. It does seem to be helping, I feel like things are starting to turn around. One thing that has helped me is meditating, at first it was hard. Now it seems to be working, and it makes me feel better. Any tips out there about meditating, I am very new to it. I just want to make sure I am doing it to its full potential. So any tips will be great. Thanks.

hi coollikeme, Well let me tell you it happened to everyone. The eternal internal dilemma. Well I just wanna say that it is 100% normal to feel that way. Now I don’t know about meditating, but I know a 5 step approach that might help you. It worked with me. All you have to do is make your unconscious, conscious. In order to attract things or get rid of the negative energy you need to go through 5 main steps: 1. Know what you don’t want 2. Select what you would like to have, do or be 3. Get clear 4. FEEL how exciting to have do or be 5. Let go If you’re interested in how, please let me know it’s an e-book actually that changed my life forever. I’ll send it to you if you are really interested. I know what ever I said is not related to meditating, but this might help you more. You never know. Faith |
