Ok, in intending for a good relationship with someone and acting like it's already been achieved is this imposing on someone's free will? Like with a family member "I want to have a loving relationship with my sister and so it is done" for instance, is that imposing something on her? If she doesn't want it? How can I keep intending for good relationships without feeling a little bit guilty? What's the best way to intend when there's other people involved? I was thinking also that, why feel guilty? if the other person doesn't want to then the intention simply won't manifest. But I believe very strongly in what is intended manifestes...so hence my slight guilt...help? |

imposing ???!!!! nop of course not. all you're doing is actually sending you positive energy towards that person. you're actually helped and if you're helping others with your positivity why should you feel guilty. |

Sure and I am a firm believer of this. Love is positive energy. By sending it out, you're doing your self and whoever is receiving it a good thing. It doesn't matter if they don't want to be loved back. We just do it and see what the universe will give us in return. You never know how your positive thinking may change someone. Just be grateful you can actually love Faith |

I wrote about something similar in a blog entry here: Can You Use Law of Attraction to Attract a Specific Person Into Your Life? When you're crafting an intention related to love and another person you don't wnat to ask the universe to make the other person love you. Instead you want to simply say, "I love so and so and I hope she feels it. How she reciprocates is up to her." Or something to that effect. Asking to be in a state of love is not wrong. Asking someone else to be in a state of love towards you is pushing the line. Hoping someone else is in a state of love for you is fine. |

Yeah that's not bad. When I'm doing an intention that inherently involves another person I try to center it on my part and my actions. So I would say, "I intend to communicate clearly with my spouse" or "I intend to have a wonderfully rich and fulfilling sex life." Even though it's implied that there is another person I'm doing all of this with I still like to focus it on me and my actions.
