Who is the creator of world?Mind or Universe?Or Awareness?

Or,the world is illusion,and awareness is the dreamer?

Mind is universe.

I'm not a fan of it, but as read Carl Jung believed in I ching I made a question to the I ching about "what's the universe... where it ends," etc. the same old questions.

And the answer turn out to be my main aspiration in life now... I though that well... universe is what's on your mind... if you died and went to a spiritual plane, that would be the universe for you. If you had no conscience... nothing would the universe for you.

The answer would be another question... the universe of who?

One model is that the subconscious minds is 'open at both ends.' The conscious mind and the universe connect through the subconscious. Does the mind or the universe do the work? It depends how you see it.

exactly, what Jung called the Collective Unconscious.

Yes! What I believe and know is that Mind only create thoughts. These thoughts then attract energy concentration by focus on those thoughts. And then that energy creates what we want.

So, its a relation of mind to energy attraction from this universe.

The idea of creation implies that there was a state of lack followed by a state of abundance. Or, in other words, it implies there was nothingness before there was somethingness. In my humble opinion, this was not so. Everything has always existed. There has always been abundance. What was created, however, were illusory limitations to our awareness. This was the birth of relativity. You could say time exists (for the limited awareness) when this happens, but when did it happen? What frame of reference would you possibly use to say when it began? Before the limitations there was no change, and thus, no time.

What I'm saying is that "nothingness" does not exist. "Everything" does exist, however. All realities always exist and always have. Our awareness of those realities has always been dependent on where we are metaphysically. If you are in the One, you are aware of all realities. If you are in the Two, you are no longer in absolute reality, but in relative reality, therefore you only perceive portions, and not wholes. Therefore, things like creation will seem to happen, and growth will as well. The Two is a form of disassociation that happens on a cosmic scale and creates a barrier between conscious and unconscious. The Two is about separation. The One can be remanifested through the powerful use of love, which is the core attribute of the One.

So my answer to the question is that it is both equally true to say you created the world as it is to say it has always existed. Which one is true depends where you are at.

Once a goal is established, action, instinct, and persistence make it happen. The mind bogs it down but thinking too much. It's the observer behind the mind that needs to motivate you.

Alan Watts did a good job correcting some misperceptions and mistranslations around this issue. Long story short, the Buddhist "mind" is not the Western "mind".
