Question hypnosis with eyes open?
some things i'll need the aid of keeping my eyes open while visualizing & looking at a picture (my visual memory aint 100% for everything)...can this still work?

I can go into quite deep concentration by staring at a point at the wall. Perhaps listen to some meditation music while you do it.

Before you open your eyes,tell yourself that "in a moment, i will be opening my eyes. Even as i open my eyes, i maintain my state of hypnosis or go even deeper"
