Well, if you do liposculpture on more than one body part in one session, they give you a discount. Why do you want to look like someone else? Someone else is already doing that.

I don't think it really matters. In addition to visualization though, I'd recommend taking action. If you have bad skin, go see a dermatologist If you have crooked teeth, get braces or invisalign If you have bad hair, try going to a salon Go to the gym, work out, eat healthy, lose weight and gain muscle. Get a tan. Buy some stylish clothes. There are quicker ways to look better than sitting on your ass and visualizing.

Also, just to clarify. I'm not saying that visualizing doesn't work. It really does.

but what about parts that would normally consider surgery (facial or such)? i dont want to waste money & risk myself going under the knife and hey, why am i the one getting discuraging answers? i read others' stories of clearing skin, boob size and height here by their own efforts. a dermo would just say "theres no cure" (BS b/c they just want money) & hand over perscription crap that doesnt work...the body can heal itself if you let it Last edited by bmlyeryk : 06-25-2008 at 12:39 PM.

I find that going and doing something small starts a chain reaction. I am almost 6 months pregnant and was starting to feel really hugh and ugly. well I got some cute new sleep shorts and it really helped me keep up the visualization to stay fit and cute throughout this pregnancy. Before I was pregnant and wanted to lose weight I also did something small like get a new outfit that I felt great in or got hair cut. Do SOMETHING b/c its somwhat difficult to just change your thoghts out of now where. You change one small thing and it starts a chain reaction.

unfortunately for me i have goals that cant be immediately changed by using today's advancements. stuff like so-called "incurable" (yeah right) skin conditions, wrong bodily/facial proportions, bad unshapely body frame/design (im not overweight), extremely difficult & unhealthy hair condtions (pressors & products make it worse ive done it before), eyesight... im no way doing any surgery, nor going through daily hassle to temporarily fix my "problem areas" each day...that would just hide almost all of me & simply hide my flaws, like im really a bad sight underneath (if you know what i mean)...improvements have to be real so i can feel secure once & for all! right now i going through the uncertainty trauma phase & ill have to depend on mylsef to stay positive since no one peer i know (like family etc) would support me & i dont want my confidence eroded again. hows this: im focusing on one chane at a time, something that might seem easier to believe at first, such as skin condtion...then proceed to another... is this a good method?

Yes, I'd say that's a good method. Personally I'd go with a couple goals rather than just one so if I get tired of one I can work on the other. As you get more skilled you can attempt to manifest several at a time. And I wasn't attempting to be discouraging. I have a limited range of experience, and I'm giving you the best advice based on my experience. Yours may be completely different. Also, remember to attempt to stay positive. Learn to love yourself despite what you may dislike on the outside, because that in and of itself will help your ability to manifest. If you keep disliking yourself and how you look until you see some change, you probably won't ever see much change at all. I know it can be really hard, especially in a society where looks matter a lot... Believe me, it's something I'm struggling with too, and I've used IM to help me out in the physical department. But have some confidence and love for yourself because no one else will unless you do, not to mention your IM abilities will suffer. Anyway, good luck. Last edited by boat : 06-26-2008 at 02:05 PM.
