I need a bit of understanding when it comes to synchronicites, if anyone can offer some help I would appreciate it.

Are the certain actions that seem to have some symbolic meaning to a manifestation I have been intending considered synchronicities? They seem to be coming in 3s but is it possible that I'm reading too much into these actions? I am intending a change that would require me to be a part of a rival company. The certain things that are happening around me symbolize the act of "stealing." Is this a possible insight into the rival company stealing me from my standing unit?

Wow!
I decided to do a search on synchronicities and the following site was the first thing I found. Interesting how it refers to events that come in 3s!!!

My sync's have a history of coming in pairs - could it be due to doubt?

Do you mean doubting whether the intention will actually manifest or doubting whether I should go with the new company if it becomes a possibility?

Sorry, I meant that maybe my lack of "chained" synchronicities related to my own deep doubts. When I read about others having them, they usually seem to repeat at least three times...

Oh I see Waxfrog, you seem to be falling short. Maybe there is 1 thing that your missing that needs to be addressed or dealt with before your intention will manifest. Trying to figure what that one thing is may be a challenge. I personally would just let things figure themselves out on it's own time.

Maybe I'm looking to hard for it, maybe this is something that has to be approached more gently?

I think with synchronicity you have to discern between road sign and reflection. Unfortunately, the only way to do so is to listen to your intuition in sorting through the input.
