Agreed! Further note that one of the reasons I think this is my "calling" is that, when I *do* get started, I quicky enter the "zone" - I work obsessively, through physical discomfort, and time seems to cease to exist. Yeah when you're creating time takes on a whole new meaning. Some here think time doesn't exist to begin with, and when you're creating you're in the "real reality" so you're actually stepping around time.

I'm trying to figure out how to come down off that. Because after a long session like that I am amped up and it takes a while to get "centered".

Given that angle, I am still intrigued with the idea of using art as an "intention meditation", perhaps even going so far as to select a particular "target" and make an image of it (suggestions welcome!!!! )...

Here is a great interview with interview of Chuck Anderson, a graphic artist with clients such as Nike and Reebok. He has some great advice for other graphic designers.
