Smile IM techniques

What are you doing in order to get your intention manifested? Do you write them somewhere down? Do you begin each morning with "I intend to..."? Do you take extra time in order to think about your intentions manifesting?

Does no one want to share his or her IM techniques?

Hi, lasti..

I have quite a few techniques, based on my experience and experimenting testing with them. I may not be your typical example, because I am more skeptical and will even admit these things sound "unlikely" that being said the techniques I've experimented with are;

Altered State Visualizing - going into deep alpha and theta and then using energy and strong desire, along with vivid imaging...

Writing goals down a certain number of times with a specific date and amount (money, quantity etc.) if any, and also using a very specific desire level and energy level .... (Showed a friend how to do it, had a very strange result in my opinion...)

Remote Influencing.....

That it, just a few, I still retain my caution on these matters, but like experimenting to know something, ...

Take care ...

I am skeptical, too. But it seems to work for other people, so I want to test it. It somehow feels right to test it now.
So I want to experiment with different techniques so I can see whether they work for me or not.

I use my web site (Visualize your goals) - which is also free for anyone else to use - to visualize and inspire myself. I add pictures to my vision board that I have a real emotional attachment to, either of things I want or of things I already have and want more of (family, friends etc.). I also add quotes that inspire me and that help lift me if I'm feeling a little down. It's important that everything on my vision board prompts an emotional response for me.

I've started using my vision boards to reflect the goals which I write down on paper (will add this functionality to my web site also) and I've divided my vision boards into four categories of goals - Personal Development Goals, Career/Business/Economic Goals, Toys/Adventure Goals, and Contribution/Giving Goals.

If I find 5 minutes during my working day when I'm sitting in front of my computer and not feeling terribly productive I look through my vision boards and make good use of my time. It seems to be working for me so far.

Cheers
Paul
