Hi Andrew, if you got the bonuses the same way I did, then what they'll do is send the links to the bonuses over time, week by week, although they may skip a week with some.

By the way, just a tip, as a short cut, I would recommend not to take the feelings of frustration and doubts too seriously.

There might be a feeling you have to start over every time you feel a single doubt, and I think it causes a lot of setbacks and hesitation with this technique.

I think those feelings are bound to happen, so I would just see them as thoughts that the mind is naturally going to produce in response.

By acknowledging the thought is there, and then simply picturing the goal that you wrote (it should make you feel good to think about it) it should motivate you, and maybe the thoughts will cease a little.

So in other words, if you feel comfortable plowing through the doubts, then why not try it or at least test it out.

When they do come just return to the picture of what you already desire, build it up again intensely and continue.

And then as an extra tip, repeat the story mentally as you drift off to sleep as many times as possible.

This based on my past experiences with this, in order to save time and that frustrating feeling.

Having said that, i agree that this book is very technical and one needs a lot of patience to go through the entire book (its taken me over 2 years yet) but the results are outstanding.. here is my story.. last year when I got this book (early January) I had just watched the Secret and was getting really into this IM stuff.. i wasn't finished with my MBA but was feeling the pressures of finding a job in teaching and earning something substantial (a rather relative term this substantial word) anyways, i did the Cybernetic transposition thing and had a deadline for June 08 to get me a teaching job.. i got a job teaching a Diploma class even though I had not graduated from my MBA class.. i did not do an interview for the job (these were 'parameters' i had set out for finding this job) i hate interviews...i dint do one. infact, i got called by the man who later become my boss while I was out clubbing, this was on a Saturday afternoon, and had my first class the following Monday afternoon.. anyway.. i got the job but the terms were less than substantial...sometime later, our terms were reviewed and I got exactly what i wanted to earn.

Later, feeling rather ambitious, i transposed for some additional income and got what i wanted..again..no interviews, no boss breathing brimstone down my neck...one thing has not come true though..i get paid what i want but when they want (much to my chagrin)..am the wiser now, my next 'job hunt' has that parameter taken care of ' my money comes on the 30th of every month'..

I absolutely love this program despite its technicality because it helps you outline exactly what you want.. no groping in the dark, no settling for anything. it reminds me of something my primary (grade) school teacher told me.. to ask for that which i want, in Prayer, without doubt nor apology/guilt.. of course then i only asked for good grades which i got...this program is very similar..ask to the bone of it, believe and receive.. this program has everything to do with LoA only it emphasizes on action rather than the visualization. if only you can sift through the technicality and get to the 'meat' of it, things will definitely work for you.

I really liked this thread. And I just wanted to say that I found the Inward Harmony music to be intriguing. One thing that bugged me about it though was that if this music was from a near death experience and was something shared by other people with the same experience, this suggests to me that this music is universal, and therefore belonging to everyone. I thought there was something wrong with charging people for it. My thinking was that this should be something that is available for everyone's benefit if her claims about it are true. And so I contacted the woman. She has all kinds of music that she says is beneficial in one way or another. I asked her which music one should start with.

I love music. Normally I have some kind of music or another playing. She said that in order to receive the full benefit from her music you had to listen to it 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. I can't imagine listening to the same CD continuously like that! I would go mad. So anyway, I completely lost interest in Inward Harmony. Has anyone given it a try?

Isn't that cool? I like hearing stories like this, and seeing someone actually put something to work and getting results from it.

The funny thing is, that is how it happened too, at least for the person I explained the method to, as I haven't tried myself yet.

She got the job on the very last day of the goal she set, boss and hours matched, salary near matched. I was pretty skeptical and ready to just say forget the whole thing.

I'm still somewhat skeptical, but I'll say it was interesting at the very least.

It's VERY technical, to the point of being intimidating. I'm pretty sure the feeling of having to start over if the slightest doubt occurs will happen, so based on that past experience, I would suggest not taking it too seriously.

Perhaps the best way to get through all of that, is just to recreate the image that made you feel good, acknowledge the doubt, even taunt it, and then continue writing out the goal.

Hi Brend, I'm not sure, but I believe you can download single tracks for only .99 cents in certain places...

I listen to it almost every night, simply because it drowns out other noise.

However, once, I had a pretty strange experience while leaving it on auto repeat all night.

I had previously listened to a recording called 'attitude activator' and then after wards put on Inward Harmony and played it all night- for that night I had the sensation of being awake while I watched myself sleep.

It was as if I could observe myself as I slept, hear my breathing, and it seemed to last the entire night.

Other than that, nothing unusual has happened since.

Do I know if this real, I have NO idea. Once again, I tend to be skeptical.

But, being one that likes to experiment, I would probably try something like listening to it with headphones, get into an altered state and with focus and intent and try to 'communicate with the sounds themselves.

In other words, if this music really can heal or came from the other side, play with it, test it, try to communicate with it while listening to it with headphones and focusing with intent or emotion, just to see what happens.

Or visualize what you want while listening, with intent and focus, you never know until you experiment and see....

I found his claims so interesting that I decided to try an experiment with it and test it out. One way of doing it is to imagine light filling the heart area, and imagine it coming from your 'higher self'.

I tried it during my lunchbreak, and notice I felt energized, upbeat and positive for the rest of that day for a few hours. I didn't attempt to 'manifest' anything, just to experiment with it.

It may help to think of something that makes you feel something, sexual attraction, love, something, then turn into light and flush it through the heart area.

It's also been suggested that it is best to be in some deep, relaxed altered state when trying it.

After that, perhaps you would like to continue to experiment with the technique he describes in his book-he claims to be able to show you how to do strange things with it, and he says angels showed him how... hmmm..

Wolfgang, are you asking if theta could be created by having 4 notes playing per second? If so, the answer is yes. This is called Isochronic entrainment. It's different from binaurals in that it can be done with just speakers. It's basically pulsing a carrier tone at the frequency you want to get the brain to shift to.

Example, in the Sleep CD I sell, I have a combination of binaural and Isochronic entrainment buried under the music. This way it will work either with headphones or without.

The Isochronic I use is a single tone which pulses at whatever frequency I want the brain to shift to during the audio.

I went to your site and read the blog, Bill, interesting story. Got me interested in the W.I.L.D technique actually.

ok so from what I understand, while in this lucid dream state, you deep tranced identified with this woman that you know, but wanted to speak or communicate with the REAL her, and it happened.

So you asked her questions afterward;

Now that, I find pretty intriguing, it suggests the mind or subconscious is extremely honest, and meticulous.

Free Technique - Can You Manifest Consistently with This?


Here is a technique that combines Image Streaming and Visualization in a way that it is claimed- can get one consistent results.




"Claim" is the keyword, as I don't know, but it is free and the story behind it is interesting.

One instructor, though, REALLY got my attention because of her consistent
ability to get results in the world THROUGH her Silva 'programming.'

She would intend things to happen, coincidences to happen, and they did.
Consistently.

It uses a process called image streaming, developed by Win Wenger. Image streaming in itself is said to be a great technique, for coming up with genius ideas, and solving problems.

The second is having a desire and an image of what you want.

This is how you do it;

1. Choose a desire, a clear desire of what you want. Something you really want. Create an image of it.

2. Describe out loud, in vivid detail, your image as if you already have it or is happening. Present tense, active. Use sounds, tastes, images, smells. To the person, or into the tape recorder.

(and if possible, do this before going to sleep)

The rationale behind using the live person or tape recorder?

The presence of listeners (or, alternatively, a tape recorder) affects the WAY that you organize your description, and thus the quality, details and
clarity of the image itself. This is why it's important to have a listener or
tape recorder.

Perhaps doing other things too would help, assuming this process is real, like getting deeply relaxed first, or exposing yourself to the thing you desire to get a clear picture.

Whether this works or not, it is said to have a strong effect on the mind and senses, making one more creative, attentive, and even intuitive.

I've been teaching for a year and never been paid to invigilate/mark examinations, out of the blues, i get hired to invigilate exams for 2wks straight. I've actually tried these type of programs. In some ways it's a tense waiting game, to see if it can/will actually recover the files you want. But it's also cool- especially when you begin seeing the files you thought were long lost show up in the preview screen.

No, i didn't follow any rules. When I remembered I said the words..once i started to say the words 108 times (don't know where I got that from) but lost count & stopped. What I did do however is have no doubt that something will come of it. I've become really great at believing (it helps to REALLY WANT whatever am asking for), makes it easier for the Intention to Manifest.

He claims to have had over 300 near death experiences and on one site, the author claimed this is what happened when they hooked him up to a brainwave monitor;

I like the look of his patterns - attracted to them. But I like patterns like tile work and fractals, etc. anyway.

Basically you can print out the free patterns and put them under your mattress. Then expect enhanced sleep and/or dreaming.

I tried this last night with only one pattern. You are supposed to put different ones at certain locations. Then I had a vivid dream of an old friend I haven't though about in a long time. Recently found him on facebook.

So was that the Sacred G thing working? I don't know. But following the directions, that the e-book had, lists the possible sleep test results. One of which was of dreaming of old friends. I have yet to following the rest of the directions. He has a link to a video for what kind of sleep result you got. Deep Trance Identification - Have You Ever Wanted Someones Else's Skills, Abilities, Even Personality?



Deep Trance Identification theory claims that a person can gain the skills and abilities of a particular person by going into a trance, and becoming that person, with the result being that a person can actually absorb that person's qualities.


People who have tried this have claimed to be able to learn to so something faster, or even better, just by 'trance identifying' with someone who already knows how to do that particular thing;

I am using my art teacher as a role model and started a process called Deep Trance Identification to see how rapidly I could grasp what she had to teach me.

After I had signed up for her class April 20 I started using Deep Trance Identification with Lee Pulos twice a day, once in the morning and when I go to bed.

May 1st was my first day of class and my art teachers comment to me when I started my second compositon was "You're fast." I asked her "Is that a good thing or a bad thing?" she responded "It's not a bad thing at all. I see that I am going to have to keep up with you."

Not bad for a woman who was once labeled a kid who was "As slow as molasses in January."

The particular brand Dr. Pulos teaches, claims that even if the person lived centuries ago, you can still 'absorb' that person's abilities, skills, or even personality, by going into deep trance, and following his method/instructions.

The method seems to be very similar to what BillPerry just described and experienced, seeing that he says he was lucid dreaming while experiencing this.

This is when the claim becomes more paranormal- Dr. Pulos claims you are actually accessing the person's "m field" which contains complete information about the person you're identifying with.


Here's an example from Stephen Gilligan about "trance identifying" with Dr. Erickson Milton ;

We thought it might be interesting for me to try it with Erickson. Interestingly, Bateson walked in the first time I was doing it. As I said, he was a good friend of Erickson; he was also my teacher. It turns out that while I was talking with him as "Erickson", I shared with some information that really kind of spooked him. Something that he said was private between him and Erickson. I don't know what to make of it, but I can say the process is an interesting and rewarding one.

Ok, so how can this work for us or the average person- the method is very easy to do, and some of the things that are claimed can be done are;

- Learn a new skill faster,
- Do something better
- Gain new aspects to your personality

For example, if you wanted Megan Fox's sensuality, you would observe her on video for a few hours or maybe days,then deep trance identify with her, and zero in on her sense of sensuality, becoming that yourself.

At least that's the idea, and it's just a vague example, based on my understanding of the concept.

Switchwords - Attract Things You Desire By Just Repeating Certain Words




Years ago, a man named James Mangan started doing research into the concept and idea of how certain words affect the subconcious mind.

Then over a period of 10 years, he discovered that certain words had an almost miraculous effect on people;

From what I understand from this concept, the idea is that certain words have certain qualities, or concepts attached to them, and they have a powerful effect on the subconscious mind when used with intention.


For example, if you wanted to solve a problem, or find a lost object, you would say "REACH" .

REACH is what we do whenever we find something or have something and want to take it.

So REACH carries the intention and energy of finding things.

It is said it has an advantage in that it doesn't require so much belief in order work, so less time is spent trying to change your beliefs.

Unusual Music And Sounds With Strange Effects


Inward Harmony - Music From An Near Death/ Out of Body Experience?



This CD seems to be very popular because of the claims. Marcey Hamm claims she both heard and recorded this music while having an out of body experience.

According to Marcey, one day while in her car on the freeway, she saw a truck approaching her from her rear view mirror. In an instant she was out of her body, surrounded by a beautiful silver light, looking over her dead body;

The next thing I knew I was out of my body, engulfed in a beautiful brilliant silver light, looking over my dead body. All of a sudden the voice of a man, whom I couldn't see, said to me, "You can either come with us now, or you can go back and finish your work."

The feeling of love pouring through me was so strong and nourishing I didn't want to leave. Yet, I had worked so hard for 10 years to build my computer studio that I had just finished 3 days before. Here I was dead and I had to make a destiny's decision. I loved music too much to quit; I came back.

Later, after taking a year to heal and recover, she went into her studio to record some music, and this is what she claimed happened;

Soon these huge ocean waves of light and music came rushing all around me and through me. I was engulfed with this moment, which seemed like just a few minutes, but when I returned to my body, I looked at my clock - it was 8 hours later. Also, the lights on my display panel were flashing indicating something had been recorded.

It hasn't occurred since, so I can't say it was the music itself, but it was interesting.




Iasos - Meditate And Talk To Angels With This?



Iasos's music can be described as classic new age music. It has also been described as eerie and very similar to what people have claimed to hear in near death experiences.

The Psychology Department at Plymouth State College had this music receive the highest rating, by quite a margin, for being "most like the heavenly music" heard by people who had had a near-death experience.

Because of this, Iasos's music seems to be more themed towards angelic, heavenly style music to meditate to.

He says this music can be used for meditating, visualization, emotion healing and even for "tuning into angels".

He claims that if you want to get an angel to interact with you, you can 'bribe' them by sending them love..

I supposed his claim is that this can music help with the process since the music is geared towards celestial/angelic sounds.

Kip Mazuy claims if you listen to his CD, you will experience bliss and enlightenment- the kind you've always read about.

It is claimed that the fastest way to experience enlightment or bliss, is to have it transmitted to you by an enlightened master or guru.

Kip claims he has found a way to encode kundalini energy into sound, which when listened to, transmits this energy to the listener, causing states of ecstasy, and a state of enlightenment.

He says the difference between ordinary binaural beat cds and his, is that only his carries the energy of "shaktipat" which can cause the experiences described above.

I have simply taken what has been proven for thousands of years as the sure way to enlightenment and put it onto CD.

That's a bold claim, but he really claims to have placed enlightenment on a Cd.


That's his claim, anyway, I have yet to try it, perhaps I will one day.

Yes I found blissful states while listening.

That's what I meant by experiencing an expanded sense of self. I know how to get there with mediation on my own - but then often his music kind of does it for me in a way. I don't have to do the quieting of the mind or self hypnotic suggestions I typically do to set the mood for expanding my self into a bliss world.

I've compared meditations with his CD playing in the background versus other binaurial beat CDs on headphones and I feel I am deeper and stiller with Kip's music.

He also sent a guided meditation mp3 right away when I ordered. I used that a lot and still do from time to time. I would venture to say he is the real deal and can help a lot. Not just with his music - he will take questions by email. At least that's the deal I got. Check his web site if he still says - email questions are part of the purchase.

I've been tempted to do his energy transfer over the phone. Phone Satsang & Deeksha with Kip I think everything he offers is just as good as being in presence of someone awakened. And it still comes down to you allowing some sort of shift to happen - but you can't make it happen.

Thanks for the info Wolfgang- I'm somewhat curious about these products that talk about enlightenment, or promise that you'll feel ecstasy after listening or trying etc.

It is good to see a product that delivers what it promises. If I may ask, can you describe that blissful state, what was it like? Was it a feeling? Did it feel like ecstasy?


EFT - What Can This Technique really do?

I tend to be really skeptical when it comes to EFT. I would try it, but to be honest, nothing ever came out of it for me. So I placed it on my "maybe" category,

However once, I had this nagging back pain. One day while showering, I decided to do this technique just out of curiosity. Still skeptical, I did it, about 3 times, and the pain vanished- like that. It never came back.

Still it didn't always seem to work, so I still remained skeptical. And because I was in the shower the warm heat and steam alone could have been responsible.

Not too long, while driving to work, I really did not feel like going to work that day. So jokingly, I decided to try it while driving, using a statement, and did notice my mood and energy lift for the rest of the day.

I found a lot of weird claims about EFT.

One is that you can manifest things faster and easier, just by tapping and setting your intention. Other bizarre claims are you can heal skin diseases, emotional traumas, lose weight, even grow taller!

Can You Manifest Faster With EFT?

Pete’s car had seen better days. In fact, it was about to break down any minute. He wanted a new car but did not see how he could possibly afford the kind he wanted.

He had been searching the internet for several months, going up to such sites as autotrader.com every day -- but to no avail. The car he wanted wasn't there.

Pete's taste was very definite and I suggest you notice the specific manner in which he refers to what he wants, in the positive “Choices” portion of his EFT statement Gary Craig has repeatedly emphasized the importance of specificity in the negative portion of the EFT statement.

Specificity in the positive portion is, I believe, equally important. You will see how Pete formulated his EFT choices with regard to the car he sought. His EFT statement went as follows:

“Even though I don't know how this can happen, I thank the Universe for giving me a light blue Model 240 Volvo Station Wagon made in the years ‘91 to ‘93."

You can't be much more specific than that, and Pete diligently tapped on this EFT statement for a couple of weeks at the end of which time an interesting thing happened. The car he wanted suddenly appeared in an online listing of automobiles for sale.

The ad up there offered for sale a light blue Model 240 Volvo Station Wagon manufactured in 1992. It had all the amenities Pete wanted and the crowning touch was that it was only a two hours drive from his house.

There only remained the question of how to pay for the car since no insurance company would finance such an old car.

However, Pete had been managing a property for a bank manager who was very pleased with the way he had worked for him and when Pete asked him about a car loan he arranged for his bank to finance the car at the lowest possible interest rate, for two years -- something that was entirely affordable for Pete.

He took advantage of this opportunity and at this moment is enjoying his new car greatly.

"Did EFT Make Me Taller ?"

The tallest I've ever been was 5' 2 and 3/4" so it surprised me when I measured myself at my Doctor friends office Sunday that I way 5'3 and 1/4".

Sunday was the day of my wedding reception and my husband and I stopped at the Chiropractors office where I work at on Fridays to copy some papers for a client. We bumped into "Doc" there and I noticed that both men were the same height where a year ago my Doc was an inch taller than my husband.

This lead to curiosity and they both got on the scale and pulled up the measuring bar and found out that they had each shrunk an inch and it was the shoes that made them look the same. It was my turn to get meaured.

When I got on the scale I fully expected to have shrunk and inch too. Last year I measured 5' 2" so it surprised all of us to see I had grown and 1' and 1/2. We measured again to be sure.

What doc said about that was interesting. He said that when you get rid off a lot of stress in your life your organs and muscles relax and you can gain height. EFT got rid of a lot of stress for sure.

It was a surprise to all of us that I grew taller than my full height at age 25. I wonder what a bone density test will show?

EFT can make you grow in more ways than one.

One thing you have to like about this concept-it's free, and easy to do- almost a little too easy, which may be why it's so easy to give up on this technique, believe it or not.

I think, as long as it doesn't work consistently, it will be easy to be skeptical of this idea.
