This Inward Harmony looks really interesting. I know I could use more harmony in my life right now.

My concern about these "devices" is not so much about them being potential cons, but being potential crutches. I mean, shouldn't I be able to harmonize my life on my own? But then again, all sorts of counselors etc are crutches then too. Heck, even just simple friends who would perhaps hold your hand are crutches...

Maybe they are then crutches, though - temporary help to get you back on feet. But oh no, don't we drive cars these days anyway?!

PS: I have to check more about Inward Harmony, but can you tell me what kind of music is it? You know, is it more like Red Hot Chili Peppers or maybe Weekend Players?

For those of you that are still curious, it can be used to suppliment practices like Qi gong and tai chi because you can practice while in deep relaxation and quickly and acccurately feel the energy. I forgot to mention for everyone that these things can be made at home. There are no batteries connected, no outside power source. I made them about 10 years ago. Very simple to make. Effective. I made the simplest config. Two meshes each having a wire going to a copper handle (made out of a copper plumbing pipe). Like figure #1

I haven't tried other configs but do know of them. I find I can let go of my body so much easier with this device. Where my physical body becomes kind of inert, if you will. That I can tune into my energy body and feel that as my primary body.

It also seems to allow me to feel any blockages quickly, like maybe the circulating of my energy with the circuit gets more noticed in the more tense spots of my body. Sometimes the blocks just let go, like a switch. Other times I just let them be and feel my energy anyway.

Yeah, the bio-circuit is not a needed thing. I think it can accelerate your sense of what your body energy is. And yoga, taichi, and plain meditation can do the same thing, with practice and imagination. Mostly my bio-circuits sit in a draw now a days. They don't feel like a crutch to me. I don't feel like I use them to help me with a limp of some kind - know what I mean?

I suppose the fear is that you'd have to always use the bio-circuit thing and be dependent on it. But not at all. It can show you what your body's energy feels like and then you can find that feeling without the circuit, with some practice and imagination. But then doing yoga or taichi would be another "crutch" too, wouldn't it? We have to do something to tune in. It's all about our focus on what we want and taking time with what works to find our body's energies.

Hi Playlife and everyone else....

One way of seeing using Bio-circuits is, that even if one were practicing qi-gong instead, for example, there will be a time when that person won't practicing it, and will be doing something else; why not use that time to use bio circuits to recover from fatigue or just explore your energy states?

The possiblities that it may even acclerate progress with qi gong and other energy related practices are even more of a reason to use them.

The main "claim to fame" for bio-circuits, besides the relaxation and rejuvenation, is the idea that you can actually feel your energy body, (even as a rank beginner) whereas many people have trouble with this or even believe there is one.

I think it's great you've built one and have tried it out, wolfgang, your experiences seem similar to mine...

Yes, it has been described as celestial or angelic music. It's continuous, playing over and over again, with angelic voices and sounds.
What makes it particularly strange is the claim that it this is the same exact music she claims she heard in her out of body experience, and she doesn't remember recording any of it;

......she went into her studio for the first time since her car accident and her near death experience. All of a sudden, she felt tired and she leaned back in her chair for a short nap. And then she had an out-of-body-experience.

Some 8 hours after this experience, she returned to her body and remarked that the lights on her display panel were flashing, indicationg that something has been recorded.

She played the "music" and it was the same music she experienced while out of her body. She called this music "Inward Harmony".

For all of her other albums too, Marcey Hamm does not remember making the albums.

According to Marcey, children often immediately recognize it as "angel music" :

As soon as it arrived, they played it, and she ran out of her room screaming at the top of her lungs, "the angels are finally here!". Reportedly, she never had another nightmare again or needed to be medicated for it.

So I'm in the midst of one of those situations where I'm waiting to hear back on a job that I REALLY want, and I'm trying not to make the same mistake as many times before when I get all tensed up and attached to a certain outcome. So, I was trying to release resistance and attachment and I remembered gratitude. I became overwhelmingly thankful for how far I had come, even thankful for gaining the job (in the "see the future in the present" kind of way), and found myself blissful and energetic.

I was driving my car this whole time. I was just in a peaceful present state where all of a sudden I realized I was hearing music in my right ear, and the music was the inward harmony music. Now, I hadn't heard that clip for a few to several weeks, so it wasn't in my recent experience at all. And once I tuned in to it, I could REALLY hear it.

Now, it seems easier when there's a certain ambient noise. In my case, my car, and in Marcey's case, the wind. Take that as you will, but it brought me immense joy and even more gratitude until tears filled my eyes. Hearing it when it's silent is possible, but it seems, harder.

It was weird...very strange. I'm broke, so I'm still looking for a longer free version. Keeps me busy.

Interesting experience you had with it, oberlee... I understand the point (and the suspicion) about charging for a self help or spiritual product, so I did some looking into it, and there is a way you can obtain it for less than .95 cents, if you're interested...let me know, and I'll either send or post the details...

I have to say Tigerlilly's got a good point too, come to think of it.. we do gladly pay to go see a movie even though we know there's a risk we won't like it later. Same thing with music albums. Maybe we never realize that products like these (the good ones anyway ) take just as much creativity and effort and cost to get it out in public as any entertainment product.

Paraliminals- Dream Play and Prosperity

According to the titles in these cd's, with Dream Play you can learn to program the type of dream you want, and then become lucid in them too.

And Prosperity claims you can attract what you want in your life by answering the question of what is it that you really want at the beginning of the cd, and then proceed to listen ...

You may have heard of paraliminals from Steve already, and if not, you can look it up on his blog also.

Paraliminals are audio programs that you listen to with your headphones; you hear 2 different voices, one in the left ear, and one in the right ear. Sometimes the voices appear separately, other times simultaneously.

Both voices are supposed to be speaking to the different sides of your brain which result in the subconcious processing the messages and causing one's behavior to change seemingly with little effort.

My experiences with them are hit and miss; After using Dream Play for the first few times, I had the dream I programmed for, and became lucid in them as well. Later on, at other times I didn't see any results. Strangely though, after using the Memory paraliminal, I really became lucid in some dreams....

Neurospeak-

This book claims to "Transform your body while you read!". Yes, all you have to do is read the book, and it will radically change your body, consciouness, and "the very essence of your being".





It is supposed to use a "revolutionary technique" to address the reader's nervous system through it's written words to cause changes in the muscles, body organs, and the brain's mental and spiritual aspects.

The description is very vague,

Stanley Krippner, Ph.D.,

"Neurospeak is unlike any other book I have ever read. It uses the printed word to enhance the reader's body image, and does so in a way that is entertaining and provocative. But let the readers beware. They may never be the same again!"

That makes it sounds interesting, but still somewhat hyped, so I went to amazon.com to see more impartial reviews from customers;

"This may not be the only self-help book you ever need. But if you're like me and you've accumulated a lot of books over the years, but haven't managed to stick with the program, this is it! Getting results is not exactly as easy as reading a book. It's about as easy as reading a book and making a sandwich. It's hard to go into a great deal of detail about what's in the book because what you get out of it will be very personal. I can say that it's been an experience that I will never forget. There is a great deal more to be gained, I'm sure, as one reads the book/does the exercises (They're the same thing! You won't fall into the trap of reading the book and procrastinating on doing the exercises! ) but they're fun, pleasurable and produce undeniable results every time. I may even go back through my library and see if I find something that's a bit more useful with my newfound perspective.

..If you're of a mystical bent, this is an excellent way to achieve an altered state that can serve as a launching pad for your magical journey. For the scientific type, there is no "spoon-bending" or anything else to be skeptical about. Only time-tested, well-researched method that you can test and evaluate for yourself. "I've been to a Robert Masters seminar, which,(and I mean this in a very positive sense), was largely influenced by the Feldenkrais method. I was told then about his intention to take the concept to the next level: no movement at all. After the wonderful results at the seminar, I was excited to think that such effects could be had in an even simpler and easier manner. Unfortunately, this book just didn't 'do it' for me. "

Attitude Activator-

The idea behind this cd claims that after listening to it, you can quickly and easily change your rotten, negative attitude into a positive, cheerful, happy one.

If you encounter a negative mood during the day you can quickly change it into a positive mood and feel ready to take on anything.





Another interesting idea, although the 'quickly change your mind without effort' makes it sounds a little suspicious/hyped. But on the plus side, the testimonials (from the site) have the full names of the people that were deleted by me if I posted them;

This cd is very similar to paraliminals, with two voices in each ear, except it is said you can listen to it while driving, or whenever you need it. It has a fun, somewhat playful quality to it. It has both a male voice and very sensual female voice, with "ooohs, ahhhs, and yessss's on it, which might be another reason why everyone says it motivates them!

Here is another product which is an ebook that claims to do something interesting; teach you how to seduce or influence someone from a far distance.



It claims you can imprint sensual feelings in the mind of the person you desire and other things.

Like supposedly make someone call you. Or attract a person to you. Or according to the authors, use it for job interviews, business, family relationships, and on people of the same sex for friendships and solving problems...

I attempted to get research on this, but so far this review from their site is all I've found so far...

Another product that claims to do the same thing is from hypnotist wendi friesen, remote seduction.

Hers is a cd instead of an ebook, and a guided hypnotic session at that, but it's straight forward, basically one technique.

Ok, if you can trust the testimonials and comments I'm about to post, then you'll find this stuff interesting.

I like getting real unbiased reviews of people who have tried certain things, negative or positive, so I like using amazon.com, but for this one I could not find any reviews.

On her site, she has testimonials, and there a few comments from outside I have found, so what do you think....

Anyway I listened to it for about a week, embedded the suggestions in my mind and then for about a week every night before I fell asleep, and morning right as I was waking I focused on my wife, I told her she was feeling sexy, horny, and as her desire would increase it would first invade her dreams.

Well last Saturday, I awoke to being molested, big time. My wife said she didn't know what was going on, she had been having sexy dreams, and she just had to have sex...now. Now I have been married for 30 years, so maybe my connection is stronger to her, but it worked for me. I wouldn't do this to someone that I wasn't married to, somehow that would seem like cheating. But if your sex life has slowed down, this may be the trick for you!

I have used this CD more than once and it has worked well for me. I think that people are really getting the wrong impression about what this CD is for. It's a lot like someone talking up or down to you about yourself. You can either choose to let their opinion influence you in a positive or negative way, but the choice is still yours. It doesn't mean that someone is going to fall all over you just because they begin to think more about you. Or, if they did have that reaction, perhaps they were really into you and only needed a little encouragement.

And this is a supposed comment that comes after a review of her product from Psychic 101;

I can't believe it, it really works. I used it to seduce my girlfriends sister and to my surprise, she came over that next day and she told me that she had a weird dream about me. What he did was plain wrong... brings up the idea of whether this is ethical or not....

Ok, one thing that's interesting is that those two separate testimonials from different sites mentioning the subject having dreams. Coincidence? Probably.For concepts like this you'll never have 100% proof from antedotes and testimonials (which can be faked) so it's 'see for yourself' .....

Psychic Seduction has a slightly somewhat scientific sounding, use-your-mind slant, while Wendi's cd uses guided hypnosis, along with energy visualization, a little emotion and light and stuff...

Of course you're might run into the ' what if that person isn't just into you, what then?'

Still, who didn't wish they had a manual or cd that could do the stuff these products claim?

My mistake rockchick, I'm sorry, I'll provide it below. From what I see, Psychic seduction is $66.95 and is a ebook in PDF form. This stuff costs doesn't it? It better work at this price!!!

It does sound a bit strange, even stranger if you believe the testimonials, but they basically have to do with entering an altered state of mind, alpha, theta for example, then focusing your mind on certain things in certain ways...you would also work with focusing and sending energy too... there are various techniques but they all have this in common..

So no black magic spell-casting is involved, if it were, I wouldn't have even listed it here. Just good old altered state mind technology, and supposed energy transfering, and visualization....

Wendi seems to have two different versions; remote seduction and remote influence....

Remote seduction is specificaly for seduction and remote influence is for influencing anyone. I think you can use both for the same purposes.

This was the first product I purchased from Wendi.com. I was rather skeptical that I could "remotely influence" another person. However, I tried it and I found great results.

I listened to this CD in the evening. The next morning I had a message in my inbox from an old friend (from like 12 years ago!). I haven't spoke to him in 12 years. I was thinking about him a lot. Then he contacted me! Wowsers!

The less expensive way for this is what is called the "energy ball technique". No advanced meditation skills are needed, just the ability to get relaxed.

You get into a relaxed state, (altered state, theta waves,) then hold out your hands on your lap, and imagine a ball beginning to form.

Then you imagine making the ball stronger and filling it with energy by exhaling into the ball a number of times. You then begin placing your intentions, thought, images or feelings into the ball as well. You can also imagine an image of the person/subject/object of crazy lust inside the ball as well.

You continue to make it stronger by exhaling into it, or by imagine and feeling it getting stronger..

It is recommended you use strong feelings and intentions, the stronger the more effective it is said... you then send it directly to the person you want to recieve the message.

Sending it when the person is asleep is possibly even more effective, than when awake, like in the early hours.

That's the energy ball technique, also called a thoughtball, it sounds a bit corny, but because it at least has some concept of altered state and energy sending, it worth trying and experimenting on. After all the testimonial said he tried and his wife ending up molesting him!

A few weeks after my first Basic Pranic Healing workshop, I was notified that a family friend was suffering from erysipelas (a severe leg infection), on her left lower limb.

The affected part was around 12 cm long and 6 to 8 cm wide and so very deep that it even compromised the bone. The patient, a 68 year old lady, was very weak and had been in bed for almost a year due to the intense pain and the physical limitation she experienced from her condition. Perhaps my most dramatic case was that of J.M. He wasn't my patient nor was he referred to me, but I had seen his name up on the roster of our surgical ward for so long that I decided to introduce myself. He had a surgery to remove his gall bladder months before this, and unfortunately had suffered some significant complications, including an injury to his common bile duct. After this injury, he required several more explorations.

As frequently happens with complex cases, once things start going really wrong with the body, they seem to escalate. It is not really a pickup tool the first track – Energizing Your Power of Desire (21:28) - will guide you to build an energy ball with your thoughts, energy and intent in it. I'll go on stories from people who tried it to give you some examples.

The person who said he used it on his wife said he used the technique to tell his wife that she was feeling sexy, horny and as her desire grew more, it would come into her dreams...

He only listened to the cd for about a week. Then he actually used the method for about another week, and afterwards he reported he awoke to being molested a-big time... His wife said she just had to do it, and that she was having the most erotic dreams, though she didn't know why...

In this case, he listened to the cd until he felt he understood how to do it, and felt comfortable doing it on his own. Then he did it for a week, the same message to his wife.

He got exactly the response he was looking for. I like the part about the wife having the dream don't you?

The energy ball technique is a version of the technique she teaches on the cd.

My opinion, assuming this really works, is that it depends on how much you do it- it may take more than one try, doing it only one time and giving up may not work.

The type of message you send- the more clear and intense the messages the better. The message and feelings should be pleasant, and offer an advantage the person being influence (the husband's message seemed like a good example)

And yes, rockchick, keep it fun. Don't feel like you have to do it exactly the right way, or send it the right way. Be flexible as you do it, don't feel rigid or think you're making small mistakes. As long as you follow the basic instructions, create the ball the way you like it, fill it the way you like it, send it the way you like it......

Pranic Healing does sound cool doesn't it...


If I do post any product, I try to make sure it has at least some credibility, a little common sense to it, no scam, fraud behind the product or it's promoter, and that it's odd, little known or interesting.

Pranic healing caught my attention years ago, and after being featured on CBS I looked into it even more.. a lot of people attest to it, there are lots (and lots) of stories about how this technique healed people with very difficult problems, the type when medical treatment cannot offer anymore;

Impossible....Possible!
When I first arrived I was suffering from the results of a fall in a parking lot, over one year prior. The pain in my knees was constant. I was unable to bend my knees, or squat, or kneel without intense pain. I was unable to walk up or down stairs without pain as well.

After my healing, all of these symptoms disappeared. Miraculously, in less than 30 minutes I was released of my pain. Jill Schwartz was reading in her office when suddenly her vision in her left eye blurred. Within minutes, it faded to black. Panicky she rushed to her doctor's office. After enduring test after test, Jill was diagnosed with hyper coagulable platelets. A blood clot had blinded her. Jill, then 26, was told that she might never see through her left eye again. What was even more terrifying was that this disorder put her at high risk for a stroke or heart attack and she might die.

"I lived in constant fear. I gave up skiing, tennis, working out - all the things I loved. It felt as if my life was over," says Jill. For four years she followed doctor's order, taking blood thinners, steroids and medications to control her clotting. The pills didn't work. Nothing restored her sight. Laser surgery helped but, "It was like looking through murky water, but it was better than complete blindness."

Q: Master Co, you come from a Tibetan/Chinese tradition. Could you give us a bit of historical perspective on the use of Prana in healing?

A: Sure, prana is called chi in Chinese; Ruach, or the breath of life, in the Old Testament; and basically it’s the life force that sustains us. So in China, since ancient times it is chi that governs people’s lives and health.

Acupuncture, acupressure and herbal medicine were used to simulate chi in the body and Feng Shui was used to manipulate this chi or prana in the environment. In Japan it is called Qi or Ki, so you have disciplines like Akkido and Reiki.

So it has been around for thousands and thousands of years, and what my teacher did was to actually synthesize this into a very simple, step by step, practical system that anybody could learn and apply immediately.

So according to Master Co, the average person can learn this and apply it immediately....

Q: So you have made it accessible to anybody?

A: You just need to be able to do the proper breathing technique, the proper either visualization or mind intent in order to pull this energy into your body and do what you want with it. What people don’t realize is that energy is everywhere. So if you really think about it, if you just knew how to pull it in, anybody and everybody has access to it.

A: Yes. He is the modern founder of Pranic Healing, and I learned it from him in 1988.

Q: How did he come to have this inspiration?

A: He had been studying many different healing modalities and spiritual practices for 30 or 40 years. He is an engineer, like me, and has a tendency not to believe things without proof. So what he did was to collect all these teachings from many cultures and traditions, and sat down with a medical staff and also some high level clairvoyants – people who could see and feel energy – and actually experimented with each of those techniques to sort out what is real, what works and what is pure superstition. Relaxease

Now for people here who have a hard time reaching alpha, trying to meditate, or just want to relax and relieve stress, here is a gadget that can help.

It's a pair of glasses with small lights (LEDS) built inside that flash at a certain frequency, putting the user in altered state quickly. According to the makers, a person can reach alpha or theta in a few minutes. The pulsing lights are also said to be just fun to watch.

The pulsing lights entrain or lure your mind into a state of relaxation, light trances, or hypnotic states depending on what frequency you select and how you use it yourself.

They're just glasses so you can take them with you almost anywhere.





Switchwords: An Update



I posted Switchwords a while ago, a technique that claims that certain words are charged with a particular concept or energy and that by repeating them, you can get the desired result of that switchword.

"Reach" seems to be popular switchword. According to the author, "Reach" is 'charged' with finding something (whether you lost it or not) because that is what you do when you see something you want or find; reach for it....

So I did some more looking on this crazy wild idea and found some more stories from people who attest that 'reach' worked for them;

From Somebody Ought To Write About That;

In yet another example, if you lose something, like your car keys or an important document, Mangan suggests the Switchword REACH. Say it either silently or loudly, then allow yourself to move to wherever you feel guided. You'll soon find yourself moving in the direction of your lost object. After learning about switchwords, I had a lot of fun with them.

For example, I lost an envelope with an address that I needed. I remembered carrying it into the office, but I couldn't find it in that room. I looked around and around and around in the same places where I knew I had been.

Then I remembered about switchwords. I began reciting REACH, REACH, REACH. Within seconds I looked toward my printer and saw something under a sheet of paper. You can also try a local library so you can get a free peak, but you can also order it online; or you can ask a bookstore to order it for you...

Before you do, rockchick, just want to let you know there are two books; Miracles through Pranic Healing by Master Choa Kok Sui, and Your hands can heal You by Master Stephen Co, his student.

The difference between the two is that Pranic Healing focuses on healing other people and distance healing, while Your Hands Can Heal You focuses on self healing but can be applied to healing others too I believe...

These techniques are engineered to bliss ya & trance ya & generally alter your consciousness.

When I received the CD and read the literature, I was both excited and skeptical. The first listening really bugged the hell out of me (many aspects of this music may easily be prejudged and mistaken for newage schlock), but I also experienced an almost painful pressure in my third eye. Repeated play has proven that I feel the pressure during the same sections of the CD, so something must be working. I'm on my fifth listen now, and either I'm being brainwashed or I'm actually starting to like this sh**.

I'm even going to put myself out on a limb and call it downright chilling. The effect upon my psyche is becoming deeper, more pronounced. It's currently at the point where I have to either actively listen and "let go" and become engulfed (kinda like a tryptamine sojourn), or I become really edgy. That doesn't mean they will automaticaly happen or show up, but I think it may be that you have to intentionaly tell your mind that you want to access these abilities before you "click forward".

I have the book for awhile and tried it and must admit, I did feel something. A funny, pleasant, feeling in the center of the forehead. Strange occurances that I dismissed as possibly coincidences or chance... so it is an interesting idea, and Neil states that this is based on hard science of the brain....
