Post accurate thinking.....is very important

accurate thinking, this word i read in some book recently..i really get impressed that how much this word is important in order to attaine the desires in one's life.
if person dnt know what exactly he wants(that happens with many peoples) he will not manifest anything in his life.

but how to develop accurate thinking? a person with very scattered thought, for him its very difficult....

what exercise or habits or anything will help to improve the accurate thinking in any particularly topic.
is there any simple method?
can anybody will suggest that? ( my friend needs this,he asked me and i cant answer him, which will convince him, somebody wants to help him?akash)

Talking discipline

certainly to consciously create your experience you need to have relaxed discipline in your thinking/beliefs.

this can be acheived by learning to focus your attention firmly but gently on the ideas that you want to focus on, this can be done with simple contemplation each day on altering the beliefs and if an idea comes into your mind gently moved it away from your conscious thoughts by 1. deciding to and 2. refocusing back on the ideas that you want to place energy into.

It is pretty simple really and with practice you get 'feel' for it but it does take a little application. the key with the mind is to firm but gentle. Also being aware that you as in control of your unconscious mind as you are of your cosncious mind will help. The unconscious mind will follow the conscious desiscions/focus that the conscious mind leads it to.
