I want to remember to go through my manifestations in my head and visualize them several times a day, but I always forget. I'm always really busy and have a million things on my mind. How do you remember to do your manifestations?

Well, personally I haven’t found that a problem because they’re foremost in my mind. If you have to remember, perhaps they’re not really important to you? By the way, I’m assuming you mean intentions. A good habit to get into is when you awake in the morning before you get out of bed… hit the snooze button and picture your day. The perfect day where you’re happy and things just flow; or concentrate on some of those intentions you have. Chances are you’ll fall asleep again, so when the alarm goes off repeat the process. Keep repeating until you finally get out of bed. If nothing else, you’ve remembered to do your intentions and chances are you‘ll have a great day Last edited by pc99; 04-17-2008 at 06:22 AM. Thanks pc99, I'll have to wake up a little early, but doing them in the morning seems like a good way to start the day. Supertom, what kind of vision board do you have? Would you mind posting it so I can get an understanding of it? |

In other words, you feel that your IM/LOA is an additional thing, on top of all the things on your mind. What you need to understand is that the 1st one million things on your mind are all subject to LOA. Those 1,000,000 things are already attracting events, circumstances, people, objects, problems, opportunities etc etc into your reality. | |

If you're looking to deal with less stress and get more stuff off your mind, productivity books may help you. Getting Things Done by David Allen. A classic now, and th textbook on producitity without keeping anything in your head. Period. CLear mind. 4 Hour Work Week. IMO a very important add-on to GTD. Not only does the book have great ideas and info on income generation but also productivity tips that are saving my lief and sanity. |
