I have a quick & short question ... When I'm trying to visualize something that I want to attract into my life, what is the best way to visualize ? To see me doing that thing, like I was watching a movie ? Or to watch that experience like a personal experience, to try to see the experience with my own "virtual" eye ? And of course why ...

Both work, but 1st person is more efficient. You tend to visualize more realistically in 1st person since it involves your senses much more, and that's likely why it works that much better. But actually, it depends. Say you are a beginner at Intention-Manifestation and want to experience very rare/unusual events to prove to yourself that LoA is 100% real. I personally decided to manifest a yellow umbrella in a sunny day within 1 hour. Took about 5 minutes, which was kinda funny. Was walking down the street like i always do, and a few minutes after visualizing a yellow umbrella(I just visualized it as an independent object, i wasn't holding it or anything.) I decide for whatever reason to look up as i was walking down the street, and there it was, on a window of a 3rd floor, hanging. Wee, too easy. Last edited by Bradshaw : 04-09-2008 at 09:11 AM.

Bradshaw - What I've noticed is that watching me from a 3rd person is more clearly, because I'm like a regizor, that can make subtle changes when I'm noticing something that I don't like. Finnaly I wanted to know witch one is more effective.

I would say the one that is most effective is the one that works best for you, the one that really makes you feel that you have what you desire. I have manifested things successfully using both 1st and 3rd person visualizations. When I start visualizing for a specific intention, I won't make a conscious choice about which to use, I will simply close my eyes and see which one appears. I will then stick with that particular choice for that intention. It has worked pretty well so far. My intuition seldom steers me wrong.

another thing that works well which I picked up from a Neville Goddard book is visualizing another person validating what you desire for yourself. Like someone congratulating you, or someone being excited for you. Hearing their words and seeing their face in your mind as they tell you how happy they are for your success.

Much of my meditative visualization lately has been movie first, then stepping in to the movie and becoming what I was watching. If the movie is "me", then I stay there. If the movie is someone else that I'm modeling, after I step into that person in the movie and experience what it feels like to "be" him, then I float back into myself and bring the feelings of confidence, power, vitality, etc. with me into my own body.

I always do first person. I never visualized in third person (like watching a movie). For me, it is always easier to be doing whatever it is I'm trying to visualize. Say you want a sports car. It would be very easy to step into the vehicle, sniff the air and take in the fresh aroma of new leather seats, mingled with the scent of the carpet and the other components. Then you turn on the ignition, feel the very slight vibration of the engine running. Now, listen. Hear anything? Hardly, because this car runs quieter than your average car. Now put the car the car in drive and feel the smoothness as you cruise down the street. You get my meaning?
