Default I'm so thankful and greatful for...

A very important part of IM is being thankful and greatful for what you already have in your life. Let's use this thread everyday to post at least one thing, in our lives today, that we are greatful for. This will help us create a vibration of abundance on a daily basis.

11/28:

I am so thankful and greatful for the loving family that I have.

I am so thankful and greatful for this message board, which teaches me a great deal about myself.

I am so thankful and greatful for having business associates who's want to help me succeed.

I am so thankful and greatful for my perfect health.

What are you thankful for?

Great idea !!... I was thinking also that including thankfulness in an introductory piece for intentions might be a good way to do this. That way what we are intending is directly linked to what we are grateful for ....

Perhaps a sticky?

I'm thankful for my family, who teach me so much.

I'm grateful for all the wealth that's already flowing into my life, the successes I already have, and the intimacy I've already developed.

I'm so thankful and grateful to have this beautiful rooster (Mr. Chicken) who crows in the morning and wakes me up to a wonderful, beautiful morning, and day.

"Oh, What a beautiful morning.
Oh, What a beautiful day.
I've got a wonderful feeling,
Everythings going my way.
Oh, What a beautiful Day."

I'm very passionate about help people. Therefore, I'm very thankful and greatful for having a business which allows me to help others achieve success.

Default sticky question...err..the not so sticky question abt making this thread a sticky...

Hi!

At this point, a couple things come to mind abt making this thread a sticky:

1. I/we don't want to ignore such requests

2. If we have too many stickies, pretty soon the thread collection winds up in the sticky spot and people may get desensitized to the stickies, or they only look at the stickies and miss great and interesting new threads.

3. A couple alternatives to physically making this thread a sticky:

a. Post on it every day and it rises to the top or near the top, since newly posted threads go up on top...that seems a good reminder to post here..

b. Put thankfulness into the stickied threads about "manifested intentions" and "what are your intentions?".

Do you think there is a connection between intentions manifested and things we are grateful for ? It seems to me that conscious and mindful gratefulness/thankfulness is an important component of both holding an intention and recognizing the manifestation of (conscious and unconscious) intentions.

So I wonder if putting a separate thankfulness thread up there actually splits off thankfulness artificially....

your thoughts?

all best,

Ati

Default Grateful for...

I am so very grateful for my beautiful apartment building in my beautiful neighborhood, the NYC subway system, these forums, the wonderful conversation I had with my ex-husband last night, my amazing friends and co-workers, ibuprofen, EFT, my yoga center, my lovely orange leather coat...this is just for starters!

I'm so thankful for my hand-warmers are such a beautifully crisp chilly morning.

I'm so thankful for all the wonderful peaceful golden monents of solitude I have out here on my ranch. (Something I manifested).

I'm so thankful that my goat herd is so healthy, and fat.

I'm so thankful that I have such a good border collie dog.

I'm so thankful for the little country church, full of people with such sweetness in their hearts.

I created a website where you can actually do this everyday. Its a private gratitude journal free to anyone. I'm a big fan of the power of this little emotion and hope no one underestimates the changes one can make in they're life by focusing on what you have. MyGratitudeJournal.com - Home
