Over the last year I have learned so much about myself and the power I have to create my own reality. It has been the best year of my life! My awareness has intensified and so now I understand that when things that I desire aren't manifesting or I have some negative emotion, I need to clear something that is blocking my success. I have been doing some clearing affirmations for the past 30 days and I see the benefit. I wanted to ask the family here if there is an activity they do to help clear negative thoughts, feelings or emotions.

My sincere congratulations for your success in feeling better!! I've been on the same journey myself and must say that I wake up every morning, with a sense of purpose and being happier. I mainly use EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, to help in targetting negative emotions. Although I've applied it on a range of issues myself, I also saw a therapist for my deeper issues. Hi, I take a litle time to relax and bring up the ideas that seem to be blocking me, once I get the ideas I allow myself to feel the accociated feelings and acknowldge them as valid. I allow these feelings their full experience and in doing so release them. To stop them coming back I alter as many of the ideas that have caused the blocks as I become aware of them. Another technique I use (this one from Tony Robbins) is to; - Decolorize the image in your mind - Decrease the size of the image in your mind - Make the image less bright And also adding funny sounds and clown-like noises and music to a past memory or feeling you have can also work wonders. Brian |
