I just made a decision today. I am going to try out LOA for myself and see what kind of results I can get. The idea is to do a 30 day challenge tomorrow where I spend every day 10-20 minutes visualizing. Now I'm a complete newbie on LOA, I've read a couple of things about it in the past but never really dived in. I'm noticing that whenever I visualize properly in the morning the results I get throughout the day increase dramatically, mostly because of increased productivity on my side (and happiness as well). As such I decided to do this every single morning as part of my morning routine. I'm going to use centerpointe audio to help me reach Alpha brainwaves. Since this productivity 30 day test ties in very closely with LOA, you guys are after visualization masters so to speak, I figured why not test this out at the same time. Now my main goal is two fold. One I want to successfully switch education from my current one towards Biology at Utrecht university. There are still some challenges attached to this and I would like this to go smoothly. The second goal is related to the first one in that one of the challenges is earning enough money, if I can't move out I can't study there. So; Earning 1000 euro's/month (netto) with my Herbalife business. To be exact: 1) Start study Biology at University Utrecht 01-09-2008. 2) Earn 1000 euro/month as a Independant Herbalife Distributor and move out 01-09-2008 So I've got the exact part down. Now my next challenge is constructing a proper visualization for each one. Any suggestions on this? Should I alternate each visualization each day, one day 1000 euro's/month and the other study Biology? Or both at the same day? There are some other goals I wish to accomplish in the same time, do you think I can add in more visualizations or just stick to these two? Any other suggestions? |

All I've ever done is spend a bit of time imagining myself enjoying it actually having happened. So in your case, it would be visualising yourself studying biology, really getting into it, spending the money you're making, that kind of thing. There's no reason why you can't combine it. Another thing you could do while you're visualising is if you get doubtful thoughts come up, give them a bit of space and then release them. This whole thing is about focusing on how easy it is to get what you want to happen, rather than all the challenges. The most important thing is to relax and enjoy it unfolding. And never have I needed to listen to my own advice more than right now! Oh, and music is good. Find music that really gets you going. My favourite is Fatboy Slim's Right Here, Right Now. Is that Holosync you're using? It's absolutely brilliant. |
