A little help with manifestation please...

Hello everyone
Two days ago I unexpectedly discovered I am pregnant. Due to various reasons I will have no money coming in during the months I cannot work. Luckily enough I own a real estate/property - an apartment/office I can sell and get enough money to fully support me during the first few years of child care.

I need your advice on how to manifest a buyer for my property. What should I do, what should I think, how should I put out the intention for it to work. All I need is one person who needs that particular apartment with enough money to buy it

Problem is, real estate market here has completely come to a halt. There are very few deals taking place and people are generally reluctant to buy anything.

You know, you can hit an intention from different angles. It helps. For example, apart from manifesting a buyer for your buyer, you can visualise having lots of money; you can visualise being able to provide well for your baby; you can visualise your life after the place is sold etc etc.

Just out of curiosity ... why don't you rent out the apartment/office and use it as a source of monthly income?

Because it is bought on a mortgage I pay every month and renting it out on a maximum price I could ask for it will not cover the full mortgage payment, not minding the other expenses I will be having. On the other hand, selling it would bring me enough money to pay the mortgage fully and live well enough for next 3-4 years + I can invest the money I do not need to spend right away in, say funds or deposits and make more of it

I am just really really worried, since I have experienced how I manifest things in a sort of unconscious way - I usually get what I desire - but this is the one time when I really "need" the manifestation to actually work, since it will make all the difference in my life and I really want and need to do it right.

In the meantime, I got to read "ask and it is given" and I hope it will provide me with guidance.

So basically what I decided to do is to focus my thoughts on the fact that my property is already sold. I have made a plan on how I will spend/invest the money I receive and I visualise every night how I am actually doing that. And at the same time I patiently wait for the new owner to come to me, since I am aware that it will take some time.

Just wanted to share this with you:
I actually manifested a buyer for my property. It is a person who already is renting part of it, he said he feels that it would be a great opportunity for him to own it. Now we just have to align all the legal/financial things with bank and I will have successfuly manifested lots of abundance in my and my baby's life.

Concentrate on a smooth and easy transaction and that everything goes well for the new buyer. That if there are any challenges , that you handle them confidently and with ease and solutions come to you just by asking the question .
