Chado, try and concentrate on the opposite of those things. Think of what you would like to have in your life and intend for those to be in your life. For example, instead of paranoia, concentrate on Love and trust. Ask The Universe/God to help you to feel only love and trust for all people in your life. Believe that it will be so. Don't expect it to happen overnight because then you will feel as though nothing is happening. Just try and get on with your life, but everyday ask for those things that you want to be in your life. | Yes, just by focusing on these problems as being... Your post is phrased in the form of a question (which is true) but, because of your focus, it's no different than saying "I AM manifesting sleeplessness, exhaustion, paranoia, ADHD symptoms worsening". There is no difference in AM I and I AM, it's your focus that's the problem (your focus is on the problems, sleeplessness, exhaustion, paranoia, ADHD) try and focus on how restful your sleep is, how much energy you have, and your exceptional ability to focus (even though you aren't seeing/experiencing it yet) it will change... Does this make sense...?
