| I have watched Titanic many many times,may this cause a bad manifestation if i travel with a ship?(you know,Titanic ship sinks at the end of the movie) Watching a movie again again,may cause manifestation? |
| |||
| Yes. That's why you also shouldn't see any war movie because you may be walking down the street and suddenly missiles and bombs may start falling all around you. I don't even have to warn you about also not watching any "armagedon" movie, do i? We don't want comets hitting our dear planet...

| Jack I would read "Ask and it is Given" again, because the things you're asking are covered there. It's very common to be worried about all your thoughts once you accept that your thoughts are creative. It's the feeling and the belief you put behind those thoughts. And what you'll see in that book (and this forum if you read) is that you need to be relaxed, and to feel good. Doesn't that sound good? To be relaxed, and to feel good? And you don't even need to believe in LOA for that to happen. I'd suggest reading that, working with your therapists, and just forgetting about LOA for awhile. Make the way you feel about your life your number one priority. Besides, if you didn't feel good about life and started manifesting whatever it is you want, do you think you'd really enjoy it? Are you sure you're not looking for "things" to make you happy? Because even if you DID win the lottery, you'd still be miserable. But I think you can learn to be happier. Anxiety, depression, fear... all of those things should be dealt with. You're talking about your mental health, your quality of life. That should be priority number one. |

| I think you're getting confused between observing and intending. Watching the film is fine, in fact it might even help remind you to keep an intention to have a safe journey next time you get on a boat. Pete |

| I thought,maybe,cause i watched it many times,it might get processed into my subconsciousness,and cause a manifestation if i travel with a ship.I heard something like this:Beliefs which are able to get into subconsciousness manifest.May the images in subconsciousness manifest too? |
| |||
| There you go again, Jack. Every time you talk about LOA, it's negative stuff. The last time, as I recall, you were inflicting traffic accidents on your friends; manifesting cancer for your uncle; transforming your father into an angry man; and expressing your hatred for women who wear scarves. And now you think you may cause a few shipwrecks. Is there ANY post you've EVER posted on this forum, where you talk about LOA and the manifestation of good things? Why don't you watch a COMEDY over and over again until it sinks into your subconscious? Maybe you'll manifest some laughter and joy for yourself. |

| Please don't hook on my negativity Acting Like Godot. I remember that i posted a question about manifestation,and asked which sentence is better for manifesting 1 million dollar.Also why aren't u trying to answer my question,i asked if the images got into subconsciousness manifest or not? | If you think the Titanic is bad, you'd better stay away from "Pirates of the Carribean". It also has its share of shipping disasters, and furthermore plenty of slime-oozing, multi-eyed, greatly-deformed sea monsters. Who knows what you might transform yourself into? A fate worse than simple death by drowning. The most important thing is not the exact way your sentence is constructed. it's whether you are feeling positive or negative. The two big reasons why LOA'ers choose their words carefully are: (1) they want to make sure they focus on the thing that they really want, rather than what they DON'T want; and (2) by choosing the right words, they want to influence themselves into feeling more positive. Currently you're not doing very well on (1), and you're not doing very well on (2). That is, you seem to be focusing a lot on things you DON'T want - imaginary cancers, angry dads, traffic accidents, women with scarves and potential ship accidents. And it naturally follows, when you have such a focus, that you won't exactly be exuding happiness and excitement and joy. Or even plain, straightforward calm. WERE you planning to travel on a ship? My bet is - no, you are NOT a sailor and no, you DON'T have any tickets booked for a cruise holiday either. If I am correct, then PLEASE don't waste your time on this silly nonsense of imagining yourself to be stuck on a sinking ship. You can't be stuck on a sinking ship if you don't step on a ship, to begin with. If you want to obsess over the Titanic, try some other less-negative obsessions. Like: (a) if I watch the Titanic again and again, will I manifest myself into becoming a multiple Oscar-winning actor like Leonardo DiCaprio? (b) if I watch the Titanic again and again, will I manifest into a life a new romantic interest who is fabulously rich and attractive like Kate Winslet in the movie? (c) if I watch the Titanic again and again, will I manifest into my life the opportunity to rescue some lovely damsel in distress, who'll then remember me fondly for the rest of her life until she dies of old age? Etc. Last edited by Acting Like Godot : 12-17-2007 at 09:12 PM. |

| ooh I'll take that one. |

| Maybe i have already manifested something like (b).I met with a woman(alot older than me) who wanted me to love her.The interesting thing was,i heard that she worked at a ship at Usa,and also said me that her friends say her she looks like Kate Winslet,but i have never said her that i love Titanic movie,or i like Kate Winslet. Hoho now look at this manifestation.Someone joined a channel on irc now,and what is his nickname?Titanic! Last edited by Jack : 12-18-2007 at 07:13 PM. |
