Default worrisome problem

Anybody else here suffer with the same problem as I


I have affirmations that I recite to myself


but I am so worried in including safety proviso's and including my loved ones in my warm thoughts....that I actually experience the negative

for example, much like DON'T THINK OF A KANGAROO means that the subconscious.....subjective mind or whatever, must think of a kangaroo to negate it

when I am phrasing my positive intentions and avoiding all negation in my language.....my fear and trepidation, means that the image and fear of a negative outcome, still flashes into my mind


so a nicely worded

"I and my loved ones are wealthy"


conjures up images and a flash of the exact opposite

any ideas how to avoid this....or will my overriding and repetitive recital of the opposite, override this momentary (though frequent) flash in my psche

You have to learn to discipline your mind to focus on the positive. We've just been conditioned to think of lack that we put our attention on it automatically. Learn to see what we have right now and expand to see things that you want.
