 |  There is Something I Want SO So so so so so so bad.
I am sending my application tomorrow to one of the world's best opera studios. If they like it (including my recording) I will get a live audition in January. If they like that, I will start an amazing career doing exactly what I want. I have never wanted something more in my life. I ache to do my job at that level, and sing on the great stages. I am not really sure what I am asking. Maybe with help staying positive, feeling deserving, and dealing with the nay-saying voices in my head. Maybe just for some support. And maybe for some advice on manifesting this ... |

Michelle wonderful! And wow, wonderful that you have come so far already and put all this together to this point. How about working out an intention for this and if you want feedback and suggestions, you'll certainly get it here, from what we are seeing! If you work one out and put it on the What are your intentions Sticky, people will see it. If you're not sure, there's a thread called Phrasing your intentions. Once you put something on it, it should rise to the top and people will see it. If you get a lot of replies on this thread, this might be a good place to carry on. But if you look through some of this board, and get a good idea about how to phrase your intention so that it feels right to you, why not put it on the sticky? I'll be looking for it, and I suspect others will as well. All best !  Ati |

Michelle, I see (even though I don't know what you look like) singing beautifully and enchantingly at the audition. Just knocking their socks off. Do you have a vision of this yourself? What do you see happening? Can you feel the excitement of the day? Can you feel Spirit singing through you? Bring tears to their eyes and moving them at their core. Get a clear vision complete with all the feelings of your audition. |

It sends like you have a wonderful opportunity here. Wow, imagine that once you pass this preview, you'll be on your way to recording opera for so many people to here...sounds pretty cool! Wish you the best of luck! Or, the best of intentions!

Thank you all for your replies and good thoughts. I mailed the application today. This goal is exactly what I need to face my fears and resistance, so I will take every opportunity to do just that. Songwriter - "singer" is my vehicle for living my purpose, and I have every confidence that I can be a singer in a way that suits me and that purpose. Because you took action. If you haven't heard Erin's podcast on "placing your order with the universe" yet, it's well worth listening to. The universe will give you what you ask for. And the clearest, most direct way to ask for what you want (to "place your order") is through action. As you visualize your amazing career, further actions may occur to you (performances to do, or more auditions perhaps, maybe contacting people... you will know) As actions occur to you, follow up on them, and do them. The state you're looking for is that you visualize your career so strongly that the actions of someone in that career come naturally to you. I hope this helps Cat | |
