In your body, your life, on this planet, in your car, are you in pain, love, where exactly are you?

There really is only one answer........right now.

Where are you?....Right Now
What are you?....Right Now
Why are you?....Right Now
Who are you?....Right Now

Pay attention to the moment and you will find yourself and there you are.

You don't need a course, a seminar, a coach, a guru, a subscription, a book or any of those things.

It may seem like a lifetime, 40 years, 20 years, yesterday, 5 hours ago, but it's none of those things............it's right now.......the only place........

You Exist.

That's where all your power is

Funnny! I haven't called time in a long time - I just peak at my cell phone.

But the topic is

and I'll make a counter to this. To find myself doesn't happen. I am some sort of illusion (at the ego self). When I try to find myself, I actually sort of disappear - I merge with the souroundings and become one with experience. I don't have a seperate self that is mine all by itself. I look for it and it doesn't exist. I am the seer seeing the seen and all three are always together, so the seer itself doesn't really exist (as a stand alone unit).

(This is actually the Buddhist idea, Anatta. The Dali Lama has a book out called "How to See Yourself as You Really Are").

Realise that in the moment everything already is exactly how you want it to be........perfect. When you realise this you can see it's all of your creation and then change is easy because you change the moment and nothing else.

When that changes everything changes

I find it's more knowing that this body is just like everything else inside awareness. While awareness isn't tangible, it is present and it's perfect. Alignment with that rids the person of thoughts that are unecessary, thoughts of pain, suffering, struggle, worry.

As present moment awareness is true self, then you are creating everything inside yourself and that means that anything can be created. It's surreal and very peaceful/calming to know the body is created by you, just as everything else is.

You have no self concern in this state and therefore have no creative limitation.
