I have developed a few "scenes" that I use when visualizing the future. I find that when I picture them, I get a weird feeling... I have no idea how to describe it. I don't know if it's just the state of mind of the future me (in the scenes I've developed, the future me has a very calm, clear, alert mind), if I've trained myself through association to enter a very relaxed (almost meditative) state when I visualize these scenes because I developed them while in such a state, if I'm just not paying enough attention to the present physical reality, if I'm releasing neurotransmitters which cause this, if I'm overstimulating part of my brain (such as the temporal lobes), or if I'm inducing simple partial seizures (sometimes called "auras")... I tend to try to live the "future" me throughout my day in order to actually bring that vision into the present, but sometimes I get the aforementioned feeling, and when that happens I get rather freaked out. It's possible that it's just a calm, clear sate of mind and that it only freaks me out because I'm so used to a noisy, cluttered mind full of internal conflict and distractions. Any idea what's happening to me when I get that weird feeling??? |

I think you are getting there. I know someone who is so good at meditation that he can actually go into a different realm. Interesting stuff ! Law of Attraction Made Easy |
