Imagine you're existance is a container, so no matter where you go or what you do, everything is inside the container. The container is called present moment awareness, it’s actually an energy being and it’s exactly what you are. Nothing ever exists outside the container, no time, no space, nothing. The energy being creates time and space inside the container.

The container is full of formless energy and that energy is changed at will (instantly) to be perceived as different material physical reality. If you’re in the bathroom with the door shut, that’s the container. If you at work and there’s other people, desks, rooms, windows and a view, that’s the container. If you’re at a football game and you’re sitting in a stadium and there’s 80,000 people and players, sky, seats, hotdogs, noise, sun, that’s the container. You can change the size and shape of the container at will. It can be a small room and then an enormous panoramic view from a mountain top, but everything in awareness is inside the container.

There is always a central core of the container and that is the observer, if the container was the whole universe, then the observer would be the center of it. No matter what changes inside the container, the observer is always there to observe/perceive it. To change something inside the container, the energy being changes some of the energy inside the container to be perceived differently by the observer. All the observer does is observe the change of perception. The observer is exactly the same formless energy that everything else is inside the container. The observer has no creative power and doesn’t think or change the energy.

The problem with the energy being is because it requires a central observation point, it over identifies with it, but that observation point is exactly the same as a desk, chair, car, grass, whatever is inside the container. The true and real identity is the container/energy being. It's formlessness with all the power to render itself into everything and anything. That’s why the connection to everything inside the container is so strong, it is indeed everything inside the container and the container itself.

Nothing outside the container (present moment awareness) exists, so it can’t hurt or worry the observer. You can make yourself into a challenge for your physical body to solve, but you are not the observer, you are the energy being that changes the energy inside to be perceived by the observer as something to experience and there’s nothing you can’t form the energy into.

We can call the energy being, god (implies religion) or consciousness (implies something outside) but I like the label energy being.

Choice is only ever about what you desire to form energy into next.
