Default Creating powerful emotions

Hi friends,

All the literature I've read says that intention manifestation depends on creating a passionate conviction in the belief that you already have / are what you intend to manifest. I would like to hear your thoughts on how to create this kind of emotional conviction. I'm typically pretty stable emotionally and rarely experience significant 'highs' or 'lows'. I am a happy and positive person, but not especially passionate or excitable. I think this has a lot to do with the work I have chosen to do over the last several years which is pretty technical / intellectual. I would like to learn to have more emotional intensity and to use this for manifestation.

I'd be happy to hear any suggestions or experience people have for creating more emotional conviction or intensity.

Many thanks,
Lach

A good way to do this is to think about something that made you super-excited in the past (there's gotta be something) and try to remember that moment with passionate intensity. Then, carry those feelings over and keep feeling that way while you visualize what you are trying to manifest.

Memories are indeed a source for emotion, yet I try to stay away from that these days as it also dredges up other thoughts and states of being from the past that may or may not align with what I am desiring to create now.

Music is my method of choice these days. Music faster than anything will get me vibrating and aligning with an emotional state, just choose the music which makes you feel that desired way you wish to feel.

Man, music does that!. That's the meaning of it.
The riff of Satisfaction puts you in an assertive feeling. And it feels great to be assertive. I can't get no satisfaction, then I'm gonna change whatever...
I you want to feel like you're in love... try Bach's Air or Pachelbel Canon... etc.
If you want about personal growth, Hey Jude!.
If you want courage after hard times... Bohemian Rhapsody...!
"Belzebu, has a devil put aside for me, for me, for meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.....
GUITAR RIFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So you think you can stone and spit in my eye! So you think you can love me and leave me to dieeeeeeeeeeeee oh babyyyyy can't do this to me baby, just got to get out, just got to get right outta here...."

There's a song for everything, they come for "somewhere" like Paul McCartney says, or "they're floating in the air" like Brian Wilson says.

And to sing or play along is more powerful even.

Zukin, torilink, songwriter,

Thanks for your suggestions. Interestingly, the most powerful, positive memory that always comes up involves playing music. Something I haven't done for a couple of years—actually, I've scarcely even listened to music for a couple of years. That's definitely something I will be changing right away. I'm going to make sure I listen to some music every day. Does anyone else have other suggestions for arousing passions?

Cheers,
Lach

I think of things that annoy me and whip up some anger and passion to change it. The anger always uncovers what my heart truly desires. I don't think the passion has to be positive but by addressing the negative passion it becomes a positive. It's a case of elimination.

I'm for the music too. From Bocelli to Robbie Williams. We are raising our vibrations to a different frequency giving our lives a gentle kick in the butt.
