Default Have any of you succeeded at thinking about what you want at least 90% of the time?

Have any of you succeeded at thinking about what you want at least 90% of the time?

The reason I ask is that Steve says that the key to manifesting what you want is focusing on what you want as much as possible:
http://www.stevepavlina.com/blog/200...t-manifesting/

In that article, he says:
Quote:
If you decide to think about a lemon, surely you can do so. The mere suggestion may bring that thought into your mind. But what if I asked you to allow no thoughts of fruit other than lemons to enter your mind for the next 30 days? Could you do it?

Now what if after issuing this challenge, I come to you and say, “Don’t think about an orange… or an apple… or a bunch of grapes. Don’t even imagine them. Don’t even read about them.” You’ve already failed, haven’t you?

But what if you took this challenge seriously? What if you didn’t need to be absolutely perfect, but you wanted to ensure that during the next 30 days, of all the time you spent thinking about fruit, at least 90% of it was focused on lemons? Could you do it? How?

Of course instead of lemons, you can substitute whatever it is you wish to manifest. Suppose you want to manifest financial abundance. Of all the financial and money-related thoughts that go through your mind over the next 30 days, what can you do to ensure that at least 90% of them are in harmony with financial abundance?
I've gotten interesting results which I talk about in this post and I only focus on my intentions and goals like 5% of the day, so I wonder what it would be like if I thought about my goals at least 90% of the day. And don't say something like "blah blah massive action blah blah" since I'm writing from the perspective that thoughts affect reality alone. I'm familiar with all the criticisms and the idea that it's non-scientific, but I'm interested in exploring it. If you want to talk about massive action, you can talk about it in the boring forum here:

One thought manifests anything, but all the other thoughts that oppose it can kill it. Most people can think of something and it will manifest very easily because there were no opposing thoughts, so the one thought manifests.

Now let's say you have a simple thought about being rich, great, it's about to manifest, but you kill it with 4000 thoughts about not being rich. All the other opposing thoughts will kill the single thought every time. So it's never the one thought you want to manifest, it's the other thoughts you're haviing that will determine the outcome.

While easy manifestation is always about one thought, it's mostly about all your thoughts supporting the one thought. This is why something's manifest easily and some things don't.

Your reality is the sum total of all your thoughts, so while we can and do manifest very easily with single thoughts, for something we really desire, we must overwhelm the creation of that with all our thoughts.

Ah...
This is why my "fleeting" thoughts work so well... I commented on it in another post somewhere. It's the kind of thought that is enough to get your attention, but doesn't stay long enough to let you mess it up... It happens to me every now and then.

Hope you realize of the absurdity of this enterprise. You would not have a life if you did!
Focus on your goals first thing when waking up, last thing before falling asleep, in your commutting time, and sparingly througout the day, depending of your schedule. That won´t take more than 15-30% of your waking time, yet it is powerful enough to shape your world, steadily.
Higher percentages might get you into a kind of delusional state.
But it is just my opinion.

The Hicks emphasize allowing. They say that most of their 'students' try way too hard in attempting to keep aims in mind at all times and that this is most certainly not the way to go. I suggest you check them out

Actually, Zukin, if you regularly set aside just 15 minutes for focused IM every day, you're already going to produce a steady stream of small miracles.
