Ask and It Is Given Day 17: The Process of Meditation

1. Wear comfortable clothing and sit in a quiet comfortable place.
2. Close your eyes, relax, and breathe deeply and slowly.
3. When your mind wanders, gently move your focus back to your breathing.
As you quiet your mind, your emotional vibration and closeness to source energy will reach a natural and pure state.
