As you go to bed, agree that your dreams are a reflection of your thoughts. Say to yourself "It is my intention to rest well and to awaken refreshed. And if there is anything important for me to recall from my dream state, I will recall it when I awaken." 3. When you wake up, relax and ask yourself "Do I remember anything from my dream state?" 4. As you recall your dream, try to remember how you felt during the dream. 5. As you begin to experience more positive dreams, you are on the way to allowing what you want into your life. 6. If you have a bad dream, don't worry. It is just a signal to switch your attention more often to things that you appreciate and desire. |
