This Turning It Over to the Manager Process will be of the most value to you when your Emotional Set-Point is ranging somewhere between:
(10) Frustration/Irritation/Impatience
and
(17) Anger

Imagine that you own a huge company where thousands of people work for you. Now imagine that you do not give any of these people orders directly, but you have a manager who tells them what to do.

"You do have a manager who is that and much more. You have a manager who works continually on your behalf called the Law of Attraction, and you have only to ask in order for this Universal Manager to jump to your request."

Instead of thinking you have to do everything yourself, just delegate it to the Universal Manager.

When you set goals, it is like delegating to the Universal Manager.
When you achieve the vibration of allowing, it is like trusting your manager to take care of everything and bring you to what you want.

The "Turning It Over To The Manager" process is used for the kind of situation where you don't know what to do next, and you have run out of ideas on the "how" of making your intention come true. There is no "massive action" to take, because you simply don't know what massive action can be taken.

So you merely declare your intention to the universe, and the universe will fulfill it for you.

Ah, one of my favourite processes.

The pastor at my previous church used to say "God gives us what we need, when we need it" I wonder if she was aware of how close that advice is to the law of attraction.

Also, I wonder how many people use their understanding of God to fill that manager role......

One question. How does one "turn it over to the manager" in cases of time specific intentions. For example when there is a time limit to manifesting the intention, like needing to make a certain amount of $ by a certain time. Like an intention to make $200 by the end of next week, or something. Then you "turn it over to the manager" and wait? I've recently been playing around with "small things" and LoA and have gotten stuck on a few of these.

It's like I don't know what actions to take next because I've already taken all action possible without obsessing about the outcome, and then the time comes and goes but the manifestation doesn't come to light. Kind of a weird scenario. Any ideas?

After reading a thread regarding time limits, I put out a fairly simple intention with the specification that I wanted it to happen before a certain hour and day. The intention was something I really didn't have control over, so I was quite curious about what would occur. Well, the day came and went with nothing happening. The very next day, when I wasn't thinking about it at all, my intention manifested [within the requested hour]. It was like the Universe was playing with me and I was quite amused by it.
