(there are more statements in the book itself) As you lie there in a comfortable place, focus on your breathing - in and out, in and out. Relax and feel the healing process. "Now, if you can, drift off to sleep. Smile in your knowledge that All-Is-Well. Breathe and relax - and trust." |

Here's a tip. Abraham's processes can be mixed and matched in different ways. For example, the Day 1 tool (Emotional Journey) and Day 2 tool (Reclaiming Health) can be combined. Do the Day 2 exercise for your health, and throw in the Emotional Journey as well, imagining vividly the positive emotions you would feel, when you find that your medical condition has indeed gone away. |
