...a variety of raw foods.
(as in, every vegetable, fruit, and nut imaginable).

have you ever read the non-cook cookbook Raw Food/Real World?

it gave me a lot of ideas...and helped me branch out from my standard mono-diet. (which isn't balanced at all).

you should check it out.

also, i'm not sure which 'branch' of raw foodism you're following...but some of them include grains, beans, dairy, eggs, fish, and other meat.
..which may be important if you're concerned about being underweight.

vegan raw foodism. I tried this before but it seemed like I was always making food and then after I made it and ate the food I was still hungry for more :-/

Start small, boss.

Are you a vegan or vegetarian? Why do you want to pursue raw foodism?

I sat down with a book today in the bookstore called "The Raw Food Detox Diet". It had a lot of neat ideas and recipes too.

So anyways, I would suggest a book on raw food or maybe even a specialized cookbook on it (I'm sure such a thing exists).

yeah, i know what you mean.

i'm still trying to figure it out too.

i've never been very good at doing the raw food thing...

i'm pretty lazy about cooking meals... so i usually just end up eating a ton of fruit, and then a standard salad for dinner. with lots of spinach, cucumber, tomato, and broccoli.
and then if i want something instantly filling, i end up eating trail mix. (sunflower seeds, raisins, almonds, and other nuts.)
or avocados!

i don't know though... i haven't mastered the art of raw foodism.
the book that i mentioned is an amazing one... i just haven't put in the effort to actually make one of the recipes yet. hahah.

you should give it a shot though, and let me know how it goes.
