| I've been going through a difficult phase in my life lately and I'm feeling the pressure a lot. I'm constantly getting headaches and feeling a bit insomniac. Stress is making my life difficult. I would be really glad if you can tell me how to manage stress. I know the usual take a rest, go to sleep, take a walk, take deep breaths, etc.. But I would really like to know what worked for you? What did you to free stress from your life? Thanks a lot.

| Taking deep breaths actually does work for me, although it may just be psychological. I don't know. After you've evaluated the situation to decide whether it's worth the stress, if you still can't bring your mind into alignment with your desire for peace (it isn't always easy), then maybe taking a jog would help. That's what I did when I was dealing with some people who were living with me and wouldn't leave, and my cardiovascular system really got strong during those last few days. I would do it multiple times in a day and would really get that 'runner's high'. |
