| Curing bad breath with the help of mouthwashes and mouth rinses. Interesting. I'll try to find a mint or something at the health food store that doesn't have aspartame or anything like that. Also should I bring a toothbrush to places where I'm gonna be eating at? Seems like a bit of an annoyance. I've done that at school, and I always found myself trying to get the most time out of my lunch break, so it never really worked. |

Hey CoolStuff - it's me again! I just responded to your post about natural remedies for acne, and then I read this post... Oddly enough, I've found the same thing holds true for having fresh breath - a vegetarian diet. Whenever I ate lots of raw fruits and veggies for 1-2 weeks, and eliminated dessicated flesh from my diet, my breath always was much fresher for the whole day. To be fair, I also stopped drinking coffee during those times, and we all know how bad coffee breath can smell. So, my advice is... Eat fresh fruits & veggies (except for onions and garlic Dave |
