I subscribed to his free email tips a while back, they are very useful. How to gain weight and build muscle Basically, you need to eat a lot of calories and lift a lot of heavy weights. |

I have also been trying to put on weight for about 15 years now...I lose a kg everytime I go to the toilet and even stuffing myself silly only keeps me at the weight I'm at...if I go without food for even a day , I'll lose 5kg...and my pants fall down...I'm serious! The ONLY thing that has EVER worked for me, was when I went to a chinese medicine man and told him about it. He had never had to deal with someone wanting to put weight on, and so experimented with some hebs he gave me to take every day in a tea...within 2 weeks I had gained 4kg...which , for me, was the MOST I'd ever managed to put on, in such a short time too! I'm not saying it will work for you, and it is very expensive (which is why I had to stop, and lost all the weight gained previously)...but it really worked for me, so it could be worth a try...if you can afford it?? |
