From my own experiences I find this all to be true. I've been experimenting with this concept for awhile and it does give you a significant energy boost in an overall sense. People will definantly tell you have something backed up in your system if you can do this successfully.

but if you can assign a level to each stage of your arousal from 1-10 you can stop yourself when you achieve a high enough state. Some can only go up to a seven before letting it all go however there have been some who can go all the way up to a 9.9 (10 being the point of no return)

Steve even wrote a blog entry about transmutating sex energy, so by doing all this you are pretty much putting the pedal to the metal with your transmutating but you don't want to overheat the engine.

I'd say it's quite the opposite, most successfull people are highly "Sexed" people. Lots of sexual energy. What makes us special is the ability to TRANSMUTE that sexual energy away from it's primitve expression and into something productive such as a business, careeer whatever. When you do it in it's physical form your normally left more tired and less "sexed" then before so I'd have to disagree.

Think about how much POWER sexual energy has to put people into ACTION. It makes people do things they'd be ashamed of and it has ruined lives as well. It's such a powerful energy that if you can build a damn to revert that energy into another project you are truly on the road to enlightenment

An orgasm releases endorphins in a brain and that's the one of the reasons why people become addicted to sex or masturbation. The greater pleasure (due to longer built tension) the greater load of natural drugs.

Is this a way to personal growth? For me it's very doubtful because you spend so much time on it. And 30 minutes of excercise build more than one muscle but effect on your brain is alike.

According to my experience what you describe after these prolonged session of self love is very similar to what happens WITH ME after cup of coffee (especially good espresso with brown sugar) - that's probably the reason that I'm still addicted

The thing is though, guys do not masturbate for the pleasure. I would describe the reason guys masturbate as the need to please the "urge to release." No one exactly knows what is released, but every man knows that something besides sperm itself comes out, a certain energy. Harnessing this energy is what sexual transmutation is. No one really knows enough about this energy though, because highly sexed people seem to have harnessed in a way as well as celibates. It's tricky I guess, but understanding it could be key.

Yes thats right Erock, i dont know if celibates do it this way ( i dont think so, but what do i know), but i think about it as one beign a big battery, and one re-energizes oneself with sexual pleasure, but allways avoiding orgasm, this has really worked for me, but as i said you have to stimulate yourself sexually staying away from orgasm at all cost, otherwise youll start feeling tired and youll dis-charge yourself.

I was wondering, what is the effect of this "technique" on females?, do they feel the same effect as males (that would be weird since i feel more manly)?, i dont see why a woman shouldnt try this because mainly its a matter of using "energies", im not sure though.
