| Hey, Since today I started using a SUper Diet form, made by me. If you want, you can download it from my website(for free). It's nothing big but very usefull! You get to eat 4 Heavy things in a day. Heavy things are a portion potatoes, spaghetti, bread, meat, high calory and high fat stuff, etc. And you can eat 8 Light things being vegetables, fruit, etc... Example If you want to fill in an entry for June 16, you write the date in the empty white space. Then draw a cross for every thing you eat in the right place, and you are not allowed to eat more then then there is drawing space. It's a KISS diet, but I feel it is going to work great. For breakfest I eat Bread with cheese, I need to draw 2 crosses in my heavy fields. Say this evening I eat steak with potatoes and carrots, I need to draw 2 heavy's and 1 light on my form. Note: It is only going to work when you are fair with yourself. If you eat 20 potatoes and draw 1 heavy cross your not doing it right. note2: MultiVitamins can be helpfull when dieting. Have fun !!!
