| Lather, rinse, repeat. Then condition! Don't brush it too much, don't put too much stuff on it. Don't use straightners very often. And go easy on the hair spray. Don't dye it or have it peroxide-ided. Oh I know I sound so camp...but God is in the Detail

| I recommend that you do not use harsh mass-produced store-bought products on your hair. I've been using organic shampoos and conditioners for several years now. I noticed a marked difference in the health of my hair almost immediately when I switched to organic. You can find really good products at your local herbalist. Also, be sure you drink plenty of water. Staying well hydrated makes your hair healthier as well |

| One way to improve the strength of your hair is to refrain from washing it too often with shampoo. Of course it's ok to rince your hair everyday with clean water, if you wash it too often with shampoo or conditioner you lose a lot of the natural oil that allows your hair to remain stong. Perhaps only wash it half as often with shampoo but give your scalp a good massage under water everyday to stimulate your hair follicles. I have written a number of health and fitness tips at the link below that you may find interesting. John
