Default Dried fruit

As I'm sure many of you do, I try to eat dried fruit as an alternative to the regular stuff occasionally - it's great if I'm on the move, or if I just fancy a change. But does anyone know how much dried fruit is equivalent to a portion of the regular stuff (eg. how many dried apricots have the same nutritional value as a fresh apricot)?

You may be aware that here in the UK there are guidelines suggesting everyone eats at least 5 portions of fruit/veg. I usually manage to do this, but don't want to count dried fruit when I shouldn't!

I used to snack on raisins and found out the hard way that dried fruit sticks to your teeth and causes cavities. If you do like to snack on driet fruit, brushing your teeth afterward is a good idea.

I know with craisins, 1/3 cup equals 1 serving. I don't know what 1/3 cup is in the metric system, though...
