| As I'm sure many of you do, I try to eat dried fruit as an alternative to the regular stuff occasionally - it's great if I'm on the move, or if I just fancy a change. But does anyone know how much dried fruit is equivalent to a portion of the regular stuff (eg. how many dried apricots have the same nutritional value as a fresh apricot)? You may be aware that here in the UK there are guidelines suggesting everyone eats at least 5 portions of fruit/veg. I usually manage to do this, but don't want to count dried fruit when I shouldn't! |
