Has anyone read this book? What did you think of it? A lot of the book seemed very...well, unpopular. That doesn't make it wrong, of course, but it makes me curious.

I don't know if I worded that last post very well. There were just a few things that grabbed my attention, and I couldn't find many other sources that agreed. 1. Some of the charts (the ones that said which nutrients were in which foods) strongly contradicted others I had seen (regardless of fads). 2. The book seems to say that you can't get enough vitamin E from eating. I thought this was strange, so I looked it up and found nothing else that said that. 3. The book isn't terribly old, but it is old, and I don't know if it is 'outdated' or not, or if it will ever really be outdated. |

Good for you for being canny enough to question that info. | |
